President Bush is meeting with NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer this morning.

10 a.m. CDT-- MOUNT VERNON-FESTIVAL — Mount Vernon, George Washington's home, opens 25 new galleries and theaters in the new Donald Reynolds Museum and Education Center. Opening festival features author David McCullough, broadcaster Roger Mudd, 18th-century military re-enactors, and others.
