So Mittflipper "After I'm done with them thar varmints, I'm going after wascally wabbits" is going to be using "...micro-targeting techniques.... in order to fine tune messages delivered to Republican voters."
Those staffers selling this strategy have all the ammo they need. After all Mittflipper has been on just about all sides of all issues.
