The Associated Press and The Des Moines Register are reporting that the motorcyclist who hit a van carrying the wife of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama earlier this week in northern Iowa has been cited for passing too close to an intersection.
Motorcyclist Timothy Emerson, 41, of Iowa Falls, who was involved in a crash with a campaign van carrying Michelle Obama, was cited by the Franklin County sheriff's office, the Register reported. No of the six people in the campaign van were injured, and Emerson was treated and released after being airlifted to an area hospital.
The Swamp reported on the crash earlier this week.

Whatever his fine will be regarding the citation...I hope he takes 17 years to pay it off,like Barack "Hussein" Obama did....it's only fair...isn't it? But then again, with the name [Timothy Emerson]the double standard may not apply.

Obviously, if Obama hadn't involved himself with Rezko, this never would have happened. It's all his fault.
Obama doesn't have enough experience to be using a campaign bus.
It all stems from his days in the Madras, learning about terrorist tactics and bad driving habits.
If Obama's middle name was "Harold" or "Hubert" this poor man wouldn't have been grievously injured and lives would not have been put in jeopardy.
And, what you won't be reading in the Libune, is the well-known secret rumor that Emerson is a Clinton agent. This is -- plain and simple -- an attempted murder of a rival agent.
There's NO LIMIT to how low Obama will go to get more publicity! This all happened so he could get his name in front of the witless adoring public!
