Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is testifying about Iraq before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
The Postal Service is unveiling the 2007 Christmas postage stamps.
The House Agriculture Committee is holding a hearing on agriculture disaster conditions throughout the U.S.
