President Bush is attending a health care event in Omaha.
The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on the legality of the Military Commissions Act and what rights suspected terrorists detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba have to contest their confinement.
The Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a hearing on what it calls the "looming foreclosure crisis."
