SOMEWHERE OVER NEVADA --As the 737 ferrying Hillary Clinton’s press corps from Vegas to Reno prepared for takeoff, a familiar voice came over the PA.
It was the candidate playing air hostess on a plane she re-christened “Hill Force One.”
She cautioned the passengers against using approved electronic devices “to transmit negative stories about me” and warned that things would get “bumpy,” and said she was happy to have "most" of the passengers aboard.
“In the event of an unexpected drop in poll numbers, this plane will be redirected to New Hampshire,” Clinton said in an impressively impassive airline employee voice. It was the second time in as many weeks that Clinton shared a plane with the press.
“In-flight entertainment will be my stump speech in its many variations… Thank you for choosing the plane with the most experienced candidate,” she added.

Environmental Hillary's plane burns 792 gallons of fuel an HOUR! She easily could fly in a smaller more fuel-efficient aircraft but demonstrates her disdain for conservation of one of our nation's declining resources. So while she's having fun playing airplane hostess, she's consuming more fuel than over 700 family cars. Can't wait for her next speech on the environment! (Fuel consumption source: NOVA).

What a great point. Don't forget to tell them about all the other candidates and how sore their feet are from walking.

I bet the color of the 'Hill Force One' plane was white.

I bet the numbers on 'Rudy Force One' were changed to 911.

Girl, that is some serious comedy!
You go girl!

That's actually kinda cute. Much better than her "Am I so bad? That hurts my feelings" act. At the time, I also thought Obama was trying to be generous and jump in to relieve the tension, but I guess her people didn't like the "likeable enough" remark. Next time, he'll let her suffer in the spotlight, regardless of how painful it is for the rest of us to watch.
I also disagree with the "most experienced candidate" thing. Experienced at what?

Hillary is Hilarious. The sense of humor is refreshing. Hillary 2008!!!

The article states that Hillary was on the plane with the members of the press...not a personal owned/rented plane. That plane was going to be in the air with or without Hillary. Would you rather her ride a plane by herself and add more pollution? Read before you comment.
Hillary is the only qualified candidate. I pray that she will be our next president because I really love my country. If people think things our bad in the U.S. now....wait till you see how things will be if Hillary isn't our president!

OK Folks...maybe you need to re-read the press release from Hillary's office...it said she "invited" the press to ride along on her campaign plane. I am an Aviation Professional and this is nothing but a waste of money. How am I supposed to follow a leader who is just as wasteful as the Government she wants to lead? Hillary is not qualified to run, ride or fly for President. Her 737 requires about 6000 gallons for a 2500 mile flight, single trip, (more for multiple stops due to take-off and taxi fuel requirements)which is about $18000 per trip, just in fuel. You can figure crew time, lodging, food etc....and her bill will be about $7000 per flight hour. How much could she save if she just used a tour bus or three or four....still cheaper...Not only is she wasting money, but neglecting her constituency by being absence from her Senatorial duties. Just another example of "do as I say not as I do". She learned from the best politican around. Oh and your tax money is supplementing some of those costs to fly.

Hillary is neither qualified to be a flight attendant or President of the United States, unless, of course you go by the base requirements… over 35 years of age, born in the United States and no felony convictions.
She has no real legislative accomplishments.
Her positions are a weathervane. Whatever is popular is what she is for.
To Hillary, military tactics are a dyslexic breath mint in a camouflage container.
She has never run a business.
She has never made a payroll.
She won’t fix Social Security, the US Tax Code.
When we are attacked in a spectacular fashion, she will shed a tear to show she cares. No decisive leadership as Commander in Chief
If elected (God forbid) the Democratic Party will be obliterated in 2010. I’ll bet a years pay, and she will lose in 2012. Zero doubt. Bill Clinton was a good politician, and a Shitty President, and Hilary is no Bill Clinton.

Boy I'll bet the press would rather fly the friendly skies of United than listen to Nurse Ratchet play flight attendant. Jerry White, Springfield, IL

Funny? That little speech was about as sincere as the applause she received when it was over. I truely feel bad for anyone nieve enough to actually buy into Hillary’s B.S.. Believers: How come you don’t realize that this scripted (…and not by Hillary, guaranteed) attempt at humor is purely to manipulate you into thinking Hillary is “just like you?” Why don’t you realize that she is purely driven by her own self interest? I’m embarassed for you. Anyone who lets this type of display bolster or positively sway their opinion of Hillary is obviously lacking intelligence.

Try this on for size.
Hillary spelled backwards
is "Phoney".

Hillary....burn it up....Jet Fuel averages around $4-$5 a gallon....clean up the environment while your at it.....is that 737 a hybrid?

You people are rediculous. Just taking any opportunity to bash someone. HILLARY '08 ALL THE WAY!

Diamond Dave say Hillary is "driven by her own self interest". Aren't they all?
Both parties included.
There has go to be a better system than all of this nonsense.

wow do I hate her....

I'm thinking ddave's criticism of Hillary might be bolstered
by a punctuation lesson and spell-checker. Perhaps that is nigh-eve of me.

I love it how every other candidate has a campaign plane but you guys aren't bashing them. seeing as you can't find anything to bring her down, you resort to something she needs in order to campaign efficiently? Also, there are several other senators who are running for president, Hmmm maybe a certain Barack Obama? It amuses me how you will take the smallest thing about her and use it against her.
