The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on whether the lethal mix of chemicals used by most states to execute condemned killers constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.

President Bush is visiting Chicago's Horace Greeley Elementary School to talk about the re-enactmernt of the No Child Left Behind law.
