Hopeful young faces, crowds evocative of Woodstock . . . yes, it must be the new television ad for Barack Obama.

In this one, up now in the DC market in advance of the area's upcoming primary, Obama intones words familiar to anyone who attends his speeches. ("We're tired of fear, we're tired of division, we want something new . . . ")

But there's an even more up-tempo feel to this ad, enhanced by the soundtrack. That ad is clearly aimed at the Obama-friendly young voter, in contrast to the Obama-friendly formerly young voter targeted by the recent "Caroline" ad.

Catch up. The same ad, without the DC cutline, has been out there for nearly a week. It's the same one he ran on Superbowl Sunday.
