I don't get why the Picture of Senator Obama donning the Somolian clothing is a big deal. I understand that Senator Clinton is in a do or die mode of her campaign but haven't they realized that this just makes them look desparate and petty and only confirms the distate people have for her. I use to be a huge fan but her campaign has really turned me off.

If Obama becomes president, he should get all the Democratic senators together and make sure Dodd is majority leader. Harry Reid has got to go.

"When in Rome, do as the Romans do". When I lived in Africa, I, along with other Americans, wore African lapas and hairwraps all the time in public.
We need to hear words of encouragement and inspiration by our 'leaders'. Look at what is happening all over the U.S. and beyond by using a few words of kindness, for a change. It is inspiring and truly uplifting.
All of the 'brains' are not in Washington, quiet as it is kept. As we can see, quite often those 'leaders' who manage to get to Washington, often forget who sent them there and why. They need to be held accountable for what they do while there.
We need to get out of Iraq immediately but strategically! My nephew safely returned recently to the joy of all of us, his family. My heart bleeds for the thousands of our soldiers who have already lost their lives or return home so tragically injured.

And Dodd will bring at least six of his one dozen supporters with him!
Democrat Dodd is distinguished as the only candidate to have more articles written about him in the DNC Swamp (40+) than he did primary votes.

No matter what one thinks of the Democratic Establishment, every time the Clinton campaign sticks its foot in the mouth (South Carolina, King v. Johnson, "Muslim" Obama Photo) the faster that establishment jumps from undecided to Obama.
If McCain learns anything from the Obama-Clinton campaign he will learn:
1. Experience as an argument will not work this time around
2. slightly (supposedly innocent) racist comments gets most people turned off except for the outward and closet racists
3. Any Obama-is-a-closet-Muslim "evidence" only works on the ignorant, the rednecks, and the Neo-Cons.
If McCain uses any of these techniques he will attract SOME voters, but not what he needs to win

There's a picture of George Bush, Jr. and Hilary Clinton wearing native clothing when they visit abroad. So, what's the big deal? This is a NON-STORY: HELLO, people are losing jobs thanks to CLINTON'S NAFTA signing agreement!

As far as Senator Dodd is concerned he is just, please excuse the word, but he is a lackey, just as long as he can use someone he is the one to do it, he is afraid of Ted Kennedy.
From what I hear next time he runs in CT.,they are voting REPUBLICAN.
MAY GOD BLESS THE USA.
IT WILL NOT BE THE SAME IF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA GETS IN OFFICE. Respectfully
