Good morning.

Here are a few Washington events of note for Tuesday, February 12.

Presidential primary voting occurs in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia today.

President Bush is speaking at a White House celebration of African American History Month.

American University’s Washington College of Law is staging a conference on the next five years in Iraq, including discussion about partitioning the country, Islamic law and the Iraq constitution and the role of the international community in the rebuilding of the country.
