Good morning.
Here are a few Washington events of note for Thursday, February 14, Valentine's Day.
President Bush is speaking on U.S. policy toward Africa, and later hosting a Valentine's Day dinner at the White House.
Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Thad W. Allen is delivering the annual State of the Coast Guard Address.
A memorial service is being held in the Capitol to honor Rep. Tom Lantos (D-Calif.), the only Holocaust survivor elected to Congress, who died this week.
