Never mind those 28-percent presidential approval ratings.
Sixteen-year-old Helen Meridy got 100 percent of what she asked for Tuesday: A kiss on the cheek from the president of the United States.
"I said, 'I want to be president someday,''' she told the president in her rope-line encounter in New Orleans. "And he said, 'Really?'''
She asked for that kiss, she told television's WGNO -- and ''he gave it to me... right there on the cheek.''

Precious as well as priceless. Although Helen must have made the Secret Service a little nervous when she pawed the president's torso as he moved on...

Bush's response to her aspiration to the office of president sounds alot like the disconnected response he gave to the reporter who asked him about the price of gas reaching $4.00. It didn't connect either.
