Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton square off in two more Democratic presidential primaries, in Indiana and North Carolina.
President Bush is speaking about Military Spouse Day and later meeting with Panamanian President Martin Torrijos.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is conducting various exercises to test its readiness for disasters, including a Category 4 hurricane in the mid-Atlantic states and the Washington area and multiple terror attacks in Washington state.
