In a new addition to the Washington dining scene, chef Art Smith (who cooked for Oprah), is opening a restaurant at the Liaison Capitol Hill, 415 New Jersey Ave. NW.
Smith's recipes can also be found at his restaurant on Chicago's Gold Coast, where he serves items like red kuri and butternut squash multi-grain-risotto with Granny Smith apples and toasted pumpkin seeds.
