The other day, Barack Obama delivered a check to former opponent Hillary Clinton for debt relief. If they both signed the check, Obama writes it out and Clinton endorses it, then how much would the check be worth to a collector, or fan? More than the $4,600 written on it to begin with?
At WorldOfAutographs.com, political memorabilia generally goes for less than an item signed by a sports figure, Hollywood star or musician. They have a photograph signed by Gerald Ford for $149.99 and another photo signed by Clarence Thomas for $29.99.
However, on eBay, the price of signed copies of My Life by Bill Clinton and Living History by Hillary Clinton starts at $750.
Over at the Top of the Ticket, our colleagues ask a rare books and autographs store how much a check signed by Obama and Clinton would be worth. Check out the answer here.

Yes, it certainly would be worth quite a bit, more than $4,600 certainly. Still, we need to help Obama get elected in November. Go to WHYOBAMA.ORG!

B.f.E.,
The 1st black candidate from one of the two major political parties in the 200 some odd years of our republic is a historic occasion. If you can't acknowledge that, you are one simple minded, pathetic individual.

Hillary Clinton; back in New Hampshire, after her top political advisor, Sidney Blumenthal, got arrested in Nashua, NH for Aggravated DWI, the very eve of that state's primary. Seems like a bad idea. Sidney postponed his court date. Meanwhile, as luck would have it, the arresting officer mysteriously got sent to Iraq. So, Mr. Blumenthal got off with a fine of about seven hundred dollars and a suspended license. With the cop in Iraq, there could be no trial. A light penalty indeed for doing 70 mph in a 30 pmh zone, while intoxicated. Had anyone else's top advisor done that, it would be news: http://theseedsof9-11.com
