The Obama campaign plays Las Vegas today, staging another "Change That Works for You" rally.
En route, the presidential candidate was asked what lucky charms work for him.
Curious about items that Obama had fished out of his pocket during a question and answer session with bakery workers in New Mexico on Monday, a reporter asked the senator how many lucky charms he carries with him.
Obama said he cannot carry the complete collection on the road.
"I try to select a number on any given day," Obama said.
During the course of the campaign, he said, he has collected "probably 50, maybe 100" good luck trinkets.
On cue, campaign spokesman Robert Gibbs asked Obama if he could borrow the lucky poker chip for the evening's trip to Vegas.
"I might let you take it down," Obama told Gibbs.
This morning, Gibbs said on MSNBC's Morning Joe: "We played a little cards last night. I didn't have a lot of money to play with."

It's too bad Rezko and Kelly can't be there, maybe he can settle up the Rezko debt while he's there. It's the least a friend can do, after all Rezko raised 3 times that amount for him.
