JibJab has come up with an animated parody of the 2008 election, featuring John McCain, Barack Obama, George Bush, Dick Cheney and the Clintons.
The video opens with movers packing up the White House, while Bush plays a banjo singing, "Come gather round Dick, Condi, Scooter and Rove, it's time to get packin, we must hit the road." The parody goes on to show McCain riding the Straight Talk Express (and a tank), while Obama flies around on a unicorn really liking change.
During the 2004 election, JibJab came up with a satirical video of George Bush and John Kerry singing "this Land is Your Land," trading insults ("You're a liberal sissy, you're a right wing nutjob"). Here is that one:
The characters in the latest video sing to the tune of Bob Dylan's "The Times They are A-Changin." For the Dylan fans out there, here is a video of that song:
