Another veteran of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign is joining up with Barack Obama, and this one comes with the explicit blessing of the New York senator.
Dana Singiser was director of women's outreach for the Clinton campaign, after serving as staff director of the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee that Clinton chaired.
For the Obama campaign, Singiser will serve as senior advisor directing efforts to win the women's vote.
"I am thrilled that Dana will continue her work with women voters on behalf of Sen. Obama," Clinton said in the public announcement just released by the Obama campaign. "It is so important that we elect a Democrat to the White House, and women will be critical in that effort. I know that the women who joined my campaign will continue to work with Dana and with me to make sure Barack Obama is the next President of the United States."
The last prominent Clinton advisor to join the Obama campaign was Patti Solis Doyle, who was edged out as Clinton's campaign manager during a shakeup in February. Some people took her hiring as the chief of staff to Obama's eventual running mate as an early sign that Clinton was not a contender to fill that slot.

More of the "New Politics", which consists of hiring the same old DC insiders.

If Obama was a caucasian (and he is half way there) this would not even be a fair fight. One can only hope that racism does not take its toll and unmask our society to the world as just another country. The strident gender bias by a few may also detract from the perception of those around the world hoping for an enlightened foreign policy by our country.

brigitte, please do switch over to the Republicans. You'll be much happier over there with the war supporters, deficit spenders, and anti-abortion zealots. The Democratic Party is better off without people like you that don't believ in the policies and platform of the that this party and it's canbdidates stand for.

We don't have much of a choice between Elmer Fud obama and John Mc Who. If i had a choice I would consider Hiliary / & Bill with a permanent straight jacket on.Hopefully in four years the stars will have aligned to allow a presidential election with candidates that truly are capable of causing no harm during their term of office.

Lois, which policies and platforms might those be? The ones Obama says they are on one day, then "refines" to appeal to non-Democrats? Are Democrats behind Obama on FISA or not? Are they behind him on his new gun control position or not? Are they behind him on his wanting to expand the death penalty or not? Are they behind Obama on throwing away campaign finance reform when convenient, or not? There are many, many more people than Brigitte who know the Dems were hoodwinked by Obama. Go drink the kool-aid - the real Democrats will be around when the hangover sets in on you.

No vote from me Mr. Obama..

Benmused-
Hey, feel free to go vote for McCain, who you know is on the wrong side of FISA, who also changed his mind about public finance, who is against any gun control, who is fully in favor of the death penalty and is in addition, anti-abortion, pro-war, pro taxcuts for the rich and will continue to appoint Federal judges from the extreme right.
Feel free to lock all those policies in. Just don't pretend you're doing it out of principal as a Democrat. The real Republicans will love having you on their side when you've helped them continue the disasterous course they've set. The need to hoodwink gullible folks like you to keep power.

You unreconstructed feminist Hillary supporters are real prizes - confirm every stereotype about self-absorbed, narrow-minded "my way or no way" fanatics. Do us all a favor - go throw your hissy fits somewhere else. A nation's future is at stake and we don't need frustrated arrested adoloescents gumming up the process.

What a joke, he needs help winning the women's vote. I though he was way ahead with that voting block.
