Oilman T. Boone Pickens and others are testifying about energy security before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
Paul Atkins is making his final speech as the Securities and Exchange Commissioner before a U.S. Chamber of Commerce forum discussing major shareholder proposals, new developments in proxy contests and the strategies of shareholder activists.
The Natural Resources Defense Council and other groups are releasing their second annual report ranking all 50 states in their vulnerability to gas price spikes and which areas are doing the most or least to reduce local oil use.
