Access Hollywood, that arbiter of all things political, as long as celebrities are involved - and these days political spouses count -- grabbed an interview with the wives of the Democratic presidential ticket, Michelle Obama and Jill Biden.
"You know,'' Michelle Obama said, offering a little personal investment advice about the time she is investing away from the family in the campaign, "there is no investment more important than making sure that Barack and Joe (Biden) get to the White House. That is the greatest gift I can give my girls at this time."
. The three-part interview will air on Access Hollywood, an NBC production, today, Friday and Monday.
Following Access Hollywood's interview with Sen. Obama and his family - one which Obama later suggested had gotten a little too personal for his taste, Access Hollywood's Nancy O'Dell joined up with Michelle Obama and Jill Biden campaigning in Allentown, Pa.
They've become fast friends, they say. "It was just one of those magical moments where we spent a week together and after that week, you know Michelle put her arms around me and I put my arms around her and she said, 'I love you' and I said, 'I love you, too,'" Biden recalls. "We just clicked."
The women also discuss balancing work and the campaign trail with time for their families. "No matter how my kids are doing, I feel like I should be spending more time with them," Obama says. "When I am with them, I'm thinking you know this campaign is so important I should be spending every waking moment out on the campaign trail. I think that is what we as women, as parents, we always feel guilty.
"You there is no investment more important than making sure that Barack and Joe get to the White House. That is the greatest gift I can give my girls at this time."
Asked about Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin being "shielded from the press and treated as a delicate flower'' - Access Hollywood's words - Obama says, "I try not to focus any amount of time on the other side. I think that they are making the choices that they think are best for their candidates."

A Plea to the Media:
Vet Obama!
Below is a limited list of areas where the media has failed to investigate Obama.
This list does not include Obama’s many policy reversals or outright fabrications, like the statement that the Kennedy family facilitated his father coming to the United States.
It does not include Obama’s habit of voting %u2018present’ as a member of the Illinois State Senate nor his strange maneuverings regarding a born alive bill.
Instead, the list below concerns Obama’s associates and business dealings.
It is a sordid group, comprised of the America-hating, anti-Israel, and explicitly racial Left. There is big money involved, as with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, and bizarre organizations to which money was funneled.
Obama’s milieu is the intersection of Chicago politics and the fringe Left; there is much to be explored and explained about Obama. Below is a partial list where Obama remains unvetted:
1. Trinity United Church of Christ. Obama’s 20-year membership in an explicitly racist church, a church with rhetoric too hot for Oprah.
2. Rezko. Obama’s ties to Tony Rezko and the 2005 purchase of the Obamas’ home. Obama funnelling money to Rezko’s sleazy businesses.
3. Ayers. Obama’s extensive ties to unrepentant terroist Bill Ayers.
4. Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC). Obama and Ayers together dispensing tens of millions of dollars supposedly for educational organizations.
Although now just being investigated, it’s known that money was funnelled to Ayers’ friend, radical Mike Klonsky, a founding member of the Maoist Party of the United States.
5. Minister Louis Farrakhan. Obama is surrounded by people like Rev. Willie Barrow, a friend and admirer of the anti-white, anti-Semitic Farrakhan.
If the media doesn’t do their job, we may end up with this guy as President.

Michelle is doing this for her kids, what a laugh!!! I'm sure when they are on the covers of tabloids for the rest of thier lives, and every minute of their lives are recorded by strangers and put on 'you tube', and they can't have an honest relationship with a friend or boy, never knowing their true intentions. Is she getting her advise from Paris's Mom???
