Good morning.
It is Labor Day, and also the start of the Republican National Convention in St. Paul with an abbreviated session to day as a result of Hurricane Gustav.
President Bush has called off plans to address the opening of the convention today and instead is bound for Texas to review staging areas for Hurricane Gustav.
