Hardball my foot. I've never seen a friendlier game of catch in my whole life. Sarah Palin would have no difficulty on the show if Matthews tossed her as many softballs as he did to Biden.

Chris Matthews would have chewed Palin up and spit her out...So nice to see a real interview with both people having a brain...I heard a rumor that McCain was getting rid of Palin..Don't know if it is true..He should have never taken that gamble as he will be the loser..All she has had to offer is fluff and hate mongering.

Back in the day, August 8, 2005 to be exact, the conservative economic "experts" (who have also endorsed McCain) at Powerline wrote this gem:

Hey, Hannity has invited Obama on his show EVERY TIME OBAMA FUSSES ABOUT HIM PUBLICLY, and in all those times he's still been a NO SHOW.

The closest he's come to responding is having MEDIA MATTERS come out with this lame story that a Hannity guest was said to be the one that was the very person who started this entire OBAMA IS A MUSLIM story.

Well, I did a little investigating on my own, and it turns out that the Washington Post did a story on a woman that was reportedly behind this accusation MEDIA MATTERS is repeating. You see, this woman sits on the board of the same University Obama's wife works at....the same University of Chicago that Obama put in for a ONE MILLION DOLLAR EARMARK.

Experts actually told this woman that tracing a e-mail like that COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE DONE....of course no one will report of her ASTOUNDING MAGICAL POWERS TO BE ABLE TO FINGER THE CULPRIT ANYHOW ha!

Well Randolph you're right on one point, Matthews would certainly spit - he should hand out towels to the guest who sit across from him. Since it wasn't Obama there Chris probably just had a quiver in the foot instead of a tingle up his leg. I guess even a little thrill will do. Why would Palin waste her time and breath on MSNBC the Obama Media Headquarters.

I wonder why these people who can't speak always get these jobs on TV. Most of what I see with respect to reporters and talking heads have lisps and other speech impediments that should prevent them from being on-air.

To be fair to Palin (even though it leaves a bad taste in my mouth to do so), the question was "name (how many was it?) supreme court decisions WITH WHICH YOU'VE DISAGREED" (and I assume the context was "in addition to Roe v. Wade," so there's one she can't name right away) not just to name some cases. I'd be hard-pressed myself to name very many that I'd disagree with -- Dred Scott, certainly, and Plessy v. Ferguson. Can't think of any RECENT cases at all that have exactly stuck in my craw.

Please note that "being fair" doesn't take away from my right to believe that Palin's innately a huge idiot who's way out of her league as a governor, LET ALONE as a VP. This woman would be terrific as, say, President of a School Board, but she's swimming in water that's quite a bit over her head here and it shows.
