Could it be that Barack Obama has found his own "Joe the Plumber" to do battle in the battlegrounds?

Joe Martinez, a plumber in Colorado, is featured in "robo-calls'' in Colorado pitching for the Democrat's tax plans, the Huffington Post reports.

Unlike Republican John McCain's Joe the Plumber, the one featured in the final debate on the question of "spreading the wealth around,'' and unlike McCain's robo-calls, which link Obama to the "washed up'' terrorist Bill Ayers, the Obama sponsored plumber-starring robo-calls are talking about issues.

The HuffPost reports that a spokesman for the Colorado Democratic Party confirms a rough script that goes something like this:

"During this week's debate, Barack Obama talked about cutting taxes for middle class families like mine, lowering health care costs for everyone and bringing the change we need in Washington. John McCain ignored the issues and used the debate to launch false attacks against Barack Obama.

" In fact, McCain - for the third debate in a row - didn't even say the words 'middle class'. So, take it from Joe the plumber, if you want a president who will put middle class families first - join me in voting for Barack Obama. Paid for by the Colorado Democratic Party.''

Mark Silva, Democrat, Obama backer, avers that the Obama spokesman is talking about what he terms "issues", "unlike" those nasty Republican callers.

Luckily, everyone knows the Swamp writers and their pro-Obama bias. And knows the standard tactics of Obama's media buddies when confronted by facts and charges they can't answer--declare anything critical of St. Barack "not an issue."

If the "not an issue" ploy doesn't work, Tactic number 2 is to play the "race card." Expect that next.

Lisa a salon owner supports Obama and his tax plan..

While talking to the first Joe the Plumber, Obama made the point that by making sure working class people get a tax break, the plumber's business would increase its customers. That's because people who don't have money for rent or mortgages don't hire plumbers to fix the leaky sink or install a new bathroom. Obama is absolutely RIGHT in his argument, and McCain is lying that he is talking about Socialism. He is talking about giving working people a break, and growing business by stimulating the economy. McCain's lies are desperate and ugly.

That don't have to play the race card. The "not an issue" is working because it's true. McCain doesn't care about anyone but the rich which make up 2-5% of Americans. It's a shock to me that he has 40% of the vote. That means 35% of the people are being fooled into thinking McCain represents something other than a third Bush term.

Let me know how that works out for ya!

Its important to note that a lot of objective new organizations have been reporting on topics that you might suggest are pro-Obama. The truth is you pro-McCain and anything that is not in you opinion helpful to McCain will appear pro-Obama. The other point is that McCains robo-calls are negitive scare tactics- all they do is try to connct Barack to a ex-terrorist. Obamas robo-calls focus on the issuse of middle-class taxes. And republicains already played the "race card", "he's not like us" palin has said at McCain rallies. So what doe sshe mean by that? how is he not like us and who is us?

McCain's Joe the Plumber turned out to be as phony as a Republican Presidential campaign. Not a plumber, not buying a business, a tax scofflaw. What is he? A LIAR. Much like the candidates he supports.

Everyone but right-wing toadies knows McCain is a lyinig son of a bitch who's afraid to address the issues that important to Americans. He's an old man who's shown poor judgment in just about every decision he's made over the past 8 years. It's time for someone to lead him to his rocker.

If you tax Joe the Plumber 3% more, Joe is going to raise his prices 5% more and everyone, including the poor, will pay the tax for him after our income has already been taxed. That's the way it works. We pay all the taxes no matter where they're collected from.

Joe has now been called uneducated and witless by Obama supporters and ridiculed by Obama in public. Joe wasn't getting ready to buy a business and he knew that the business didn't make $250K per year. The minute the educated and witty Obama said. “spread the wealth around”, he was had by Joe the Plumber and he knows it now. Spreading the wealth around is what Stalin’s intellectual elite supporters used to talk about just before he starved 100s of thousands of Russians.

There is nothing phony about these facts. This election is about a lot more than just economics. We are at war and everyone should question whether Obama has the integrity and ability to lead this nation at this time. And, would he keep this country safe, or will his affiliations with radicals/terrorist lead to more devastation? In my opinion, I don't believe he has what it takes. Let me explain another connection to a radical/terrorist. In 2006, Obama campaigned for a relative in Kenya, who was running for the Presidency. Obama's cousins name is Raila Odinga. Subsequently, Odinga lost by 230,000 or so votes. He did not accept the loss. So he called for demonstrations by his political supporters who in turn committed ethnic cleansing and genocide. Point blank, this guy tried to subvert the election process and use blackmail until he got what he wanted. Here is a video that gives a good accounting of the events along with photo's as proof of Obama and Odinga campaigning together. And Obama, used U.S. taxpayer money for this and his Senatorial position to help this terrorist. Poster Joe,
While I know your question is rhetorical, I would remind everyone that Americans are about 80% religious, in which they believe in something that they believe in, that goes against what they can see with their own eyes, and contrary to physical evidence. This is a big part, as well as the rednecks that cling to their guns, which usually do not put a big emphasis on education. I say this as a gun owner myself, an ex NRA member, one that identifies more with blue jeans than suits, and an ex hardcore Christian.

All of the 'Joe the Plumber' Americans are at risk for speaking up against Obama's policies and socialist agenda. He has been vilified and pilloried unmercifully by the media and the lefty bloggers. Why is that? They've had free rein to speak out for 8 years without being destroyed by conservatives. 'Let 'em talk' to whoever will listen. It should be a warning flag that an Obama administration and its supporters will not tolerate dissent. Can you say Fairness Doctrine?

McCain in 2000 said he would never use these tactics. This morning Chris Wallace called him on it and he did not answer the question. He just kept saying this is a legitimate statement about Obama and that he would not stop using robocalls. Another lie by McCain. He does not stand by his words.

The Democratic Party is doing the same obnoxious calls in WI! Why didn’t they say this is Tom the Plumber? Very misleading!
Another way the Democratic Party is beneath the Presidency! Just remember the dishonest Bill Clinton!
