PHOENIX - Sen. John McCain is in the building.
McCain arrived about 15 minutes ago at Arizona Biltmore, where he plans to hold his rally, win or lose. While he was expected to speak much later tonight - assuming the election was tighter - word is that he could speak within an hour.
McCain, and possible Gov. Sarah Palin, will address supporters and the media outside at the resorts well-manicured courtyard lawn, circled in palm trees. The overall - obviously generalized - mood of the gathered McCain crowd. which is streaming onto the lawn, appears subdued.
