After days of refusing to say when it would issue tickets for its Grant Park rally Tuesday night, the Obama campaign has begun informing the recipients via e-mail.

One applicant was told today he could expect delivery by e-mail from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday. Each ticket will admit the ticketholder and a guest.

Personalized for the recipient, the ticket is nontransferable. The ticketholder must bring a photo ID to the event

As I was walking down Michigan Ave. this afternoon about 5 blocks from the site of Tuesdays rally, I encountered some arabic speakers carrying on animated conversations on their cell phones.
Do you think they have tickets?

I received the confirmation email from the democratic party on Sunday but I did NOT receive my tickets via email last night. Not sure what to do?

Any suggestions????
