Citing her right to privacy, Gov. Sarah Palin refused to say who she voted for after emerging from her polling place in Wasilla, Alaska.
That's right, she wouldn't say she voted for her own presidential ticket. We assume she did, but she stood on principle and wouldn't say. She did say the secret ballot is one of the "cool" things about the U.S.
Agreed.

The reality is that she didn't want to admit she just voted for a convicted felon for the United States Senate.

Oh... I bet she added write in for Sarah Palin on her ballot.
Time for a third party - one that believes in lower taxes, personal freedoms and not being the world's policeman.

Sarah has a vested interest in losing this one, but I wonder if she's smart enough to see that if AK goes Democratic her chances in 2012 shrink to near zero.

She refused to answer?????????
I bet she should tell FAUX news knuckle heads Like Hannity & Co. (conspirators not Company) to leave Bill Ayers alone.

Wasn't a constitutional right to privacy the basis of the Supreme Court's decision in Roe v. Wade? Sort of ironic to invoke that particular right - considering it was the only Supreme Court decision she could name with which she disagreed.

When the party candidates are an At-Large Representative under fire and the Senior Senator convicted in a court of law, I guess even a "proven" "maverick" struggles...

You know she voted for Obama.

She did a write-in for herself 'cause she's a maaav-rick.

She couldn't remember, like the newspapers she reads.

Why is Palin more qualified than Mitt, Rudy, Huckster, Fred Thompson, Ron Paul, Tancredo, Duncan Hunter, Bob Barr, etc? Oh yeah she's a woman!! Love those hypocrite Republiscum and there Affirmative Action policies for Palin. As an individual she is NOT qualified.

If she believes in a right to privacy for voting, does that also extend to a right to privacy for reproductive choices?

She voted for Obama/McCain. She thought "I might be dumb, but I'm not stupid".

It's amazing that Gov. Palin thinks that the Progressive reform by Fightin' Bob LaFollette of a secret ballot is "cool". Oh ya, the Progressives fought for a woman's right to vote too. I hope she says a prayer of thanks to the Progressives today!

Just exercising her rights. She must have read the Constitution also...

One might assume she voted for herself & McCain. Last time I heard, it was no crime not to reveal who you vote for, though. Has that changed?

Yeah, interesting that she believes in privacy only in certain circumstances.

She probably did not say anything because her handlers did not prep her for this question.

I'm amazed by the incredible amount of public interest in Sarah Palin. Good or bad, she's become somewhat of a pop icon. People are dressing like her to be and/or mock her all at the same time.
For instance, I found this video on dressing like Palin:
