Good morning.
It's the day after the national election.
Look for endless analyses of President-elect Barack Obama's victory over John McCain.
Advocacy groups of all stripes will be opining on how their favorites for the White House and Congress fared and what it might mean for legislative action in the planned lame-duck session of Congress later this month and in the new Congress starting in January.

Its been a lame-duck Congress for years. They certainly have not done the peoples business. I would like to see some real progress in the next four years. While I didn't vote for the winner, I wish him well and I hope he does well for the country, Maybe if he can cut out a lot of the pork and other wasteful spending the Congress will not have to raise taxes.
