How about 'Sully' and that A320 in New Yak!?!
Great story with a happy ending. He and the co-pilot deserve all the praise they are getting.
But I notice the rest of the credit is being given to the Lord. "It's a miracle."
How about cutting a little thanks to the engineers at Airbus Industrie. Without a great airframe, terrific dead stick flying capabilities, and the 'ditch switch' the story may have ended differently. America needs to reexamine it's hatred of "Socialist Airplanes".
(I'm not making that up. Some right wing dimwit coined that phrase here on the Swamp.)

Glad you brought up the "Miracle on the Hudson," C. Morris; it's great that all on board survived. Because the plane apparently lost power due to an attack by Canadian geese, the Bush-Cheney Administration will be launching an invasion on Canada this afternoon.

The only positive thing Bush did the last eight years was to make it possible for a thoughtful, intelligent black man named Barack Hussien Obama to be elected President.
Thanks Shrub!
