Today's news the usually poll-happy Swamp reporters won't dare report: the latest Rasmussen Poll finds that most Americans are skeptical of Obama's so-called 'stimulus" plan: "Notwithstanding the media blitz in support of the Democrats' over-the-top "stimulus" plan, most Americans are skeptical. Rasmussen finds that 59% fear that "Congress and President Obama will increase government spending too much in the next year or two." Conversely, only 17% worry that they will cut taxes too much." Comments instapundit: "I think we can safely reassure that group that their fears are unfounded."

Another news story the Swamp is so far ignoring: the Congressional Budget Office has released its cost estimates on the so-called 'stimulus" bill. The bottom line? Lot's of spending, not much stimulus. See http://www.cbo.gov/ for the report.
