What will FM talk radio -- and there's a concept -- be without the likes of comedian Adam Carolla, who hangs up on conservative commentator Ann Coulter after she calls in late to his radio show and complains she is tight on time?
Fans of Carolla's morning radio show produced by CBS Radio are up in arms over news that Friday will be his last day -- though "best-of" shows will be fed to affliliates for a month.
Carolla is also out at home base KSLX-FM, Los Angeles, it's reported. Carolla, the former "Loveline" host, replaced Howard Stern on a number of west coast stations back in 2006.
Coulter won't be shedding any tears. And viewer discretion is advised in finding out why, above.

Why is this being reported on now? I remember it being dragged around on the internet LONG ago, and a quick Google search puts the original occurrence in late-June, 2006. All it really shows is that Ann Coulter used to be an unpleasant diva and -- guess what??? -- she's STILL an unpleasant diva. Back then, people reacted to her nastily, and they're still reacting to her nastily. What's the news?

It's to bad that the only radio outlets that seem to be surviving these tough economic times are the right-wing RNC/corporate funded propaganda outlets like Druggy Rush, Seany Vannity and Michael "Weiner" Savage etc.

Give it another read Op109. The NEWS is that as of Monday, Adam Carolla will no longer be on the air - which is a travesty as you can tell from this clip. It is especially newsworthy because CBS gave up on the whole talk format (not just Adam) to play music for 12 years olds.
