There would appear to be something of a growing confidence crisis among Americans facing a job-stealing economy.
With 4.4 million jobs lost since the official start of the recession over a year ago, Americans don't have a lot of confidence that they will have their jobs six months from now.
Unemployment is the economic question that concerns more than one-third of those surveyed, in a new CNN Opinion Research Corp poll - and that 36 percent who voiced concern in the March 12-15 survey was up from 13 percent in April of 2008.
Only 32 percent of those surveyed say they are very confident that their current employer will not have to lay off any workers in the next six months - based on the 517 percent who are currently working in this survey of about 1,000 people, there is a 4.5 percent possible margin of error in that response.
Somewhat more are confident about keeping their own jobs - yet only 57 percent of the workers surveyed say they are confident they will have their own jobs six months from now. And that's down from 69 percent nearly a year ago.
And, asked if they are confident in finding a good job that pays as much as the one they have if they have to leave their current job, only 22 percent said they are very confident of that, 27 percent somewhat confident. Roughly the same percentages have little or no confidence in finding that replacement jobs.

The bad part , the way Unions are taking over Congress will be harder for American recovery in the industrial sector with Foreign Competition.

There is going to plenty of jobs, as long as you want to work for the gov't.
