If President Barack Obama promises "change,'' al Qaeda doesn't appear to be impressed:
Ayman Zawahri, the deputy commander of the terrorist organization who has lashed out at Obama before, has issued a new assault in an audio tape released on jihadi Web sites.
Obama, Zawahri maintains, is no different than George W. Bush.
"America brought us a new face, trying to deceive us yet again. A face that calls for change, but it's rather calling for us to change, to give up our faith and our rights," Zawahri says, calling Obama's election victory a sign that the American people understood, "the failure of the policies of Bush and his gang."
Obama's "surge" of troops to Afghanistan will only make things worse, the al Qaeda leader suggests.
""What Obama is seeking to do by increasing the U.S. forces in Afghanistan and continuing to bomb Pakistan will only add more fuel to the fire and expose your soldiers to more killings and injuries,'' he says. "What Obama has claimed about negotiating with moderate Taliban is an illusion that he is fooling you or himself with.''

Obama and his neo-SS commandant Napolitano are too busy focusing on such "terrorists" as returning military veterans to waste any time worrying about Al Queda.

This bearded right wing religious thug has figured out that, yes indeedy, the President is a far greater threat to AQ than Bush in the court of world opinion.
The very fact that Obama is President is a walking, talking repudiation of all that right wing religious clap trap OBL AZ and friends have been peddling.
Now if only the oil thug Saudi "Royal Family" would stop subsidizing those right wing religious schools, AQ's base would shrink further.

They never throw anything away at the CIA, do they?
They've got some in some warehouse somewhere, along with the LSD they used to dose people with, don't they?
They never discard anything, these intelligence mavens, do they?
Unless of course it is a video recording of some beating or electroshock their comrads in Poland or Bulgaria are conducting on some rendered prisoner.
On the other hand, maybe that's why the can't find Osama.
