Rudy Giuliani, the former New York mayor who sought the Republican nomination for president, says the United States will have to get tough with North Korea.
The U.S., Giuliani told Neil Cavuto on the FOX Business Network, needs North Korea's respect, not its love: "You don't want love from North Korea. You want respect."
On the choice that President Barack Obama' faces in the aftermath of the failed missile launch that North Korea carried out despite warnings from the U.S. and others: "We're going to have to talk tough -- maybe occasionally act tough. We can't just be begging for a deal."
Giuliani says the administration, whose defense secretary proposed a series of defense spending cuts today, is moving in the wrong direction: "Here they're looking at a picture of massive social spending and a cut in military spending -- that sends the wrong message."
But no, "America's mayor'' says of the political situation at home, where the governor's approval ratings are plummeting, he's not interested in making any early announcements about that: "Well,'' Giuliani told Cavuto, "they're going to have to wait a while, because there are a lot of other things to do before that."

Why is this man still relevant?
Yo, Rudi! If you had been paying attention President Obama did in fact mention "Islamic Extremism," although he didn't use that idiotic term. While in Europe Obama discussed the fact that terrorism hasn't gone away and that we - and the Europeans - need to remain vigilant.
Now go away and search for your next wife, you little chucklehead.

Rudy's firm is losing clients and he needs to regain his street cred.

I wonder what Rudy has to say about the right-wing domestic terrorist who murdered three cops in Pittsburg last weekend..?

According to the right-wing lunatic fringe, it seems that not all terrorists are created equal.
So, the next time someone bombs an abortion clinic, Giuliani will not only insist that the act be called "terrorism", but "Christian terrorism"?
Oh yeah, I'll believe that when I see it....

This man is a buffoon and absolutely irrelevant. I could care less what he thinks. Leave it to Fox (Lies) to grant him an interview.
