Good morning,
No sign of the sun on this rainy Monday morning.
We looked at the webcam view from the Tidal Basin, where we saw the faded cherry blossoms and little more. Beyond them, President Barack Obama has returned to town, and will hold meetings at the White House and the CIA today. Congress returns from recess too -- which can make for quite a mix.
The pandas at the National Zoo make for better viewing this morning.
