Rep. Michele Bachmann, the Minnesota Republican with the mouth that won't quit, has accused the Obama administration of what the Huffington Post calls premature... uh, we'll leave that part to them.
On Saturday, Bachmann, speaking at a rally, said the administration had engaged in an "orgy" of spending and "spent its wad" too early. "The previous administration, she noted, hadn't spent its wad until early August,'' HuffPo's Arthur Delaney writes.
""During the last 100 days we have seen an orgy. It would make any local smorgasbord embarrassed," Bachmann said. "The government spent its wad by April 26. Every dime government spends after April 26 throughout the rest of this fiscal year is borrowed money."
Just last week, Bachmann had linked the swine flu to the Democrats:
"I find it interesting that it was back in the 1970s that the swine flu broke out then under another Democrat president Jimmy Carter. And I'm not blaming this on President Obama, I just think it's an interesting coincidence."
Trouble was, the last outbreak broke on Republican President Gerald Ford's watch.

Michelle Bachmann represents the 2009 version of the Repug party perfectly. She's batsh*t crazy and proud of it.
Every time I think she can't say something crazier or more stupid . . .she finds a way. It's amazing.
