IObama has not released his undergrad transcripts (perhaps because he and the media are not comfortable talking about affirmative action, which in his case appears to have worked out well by ensuring that a bright African American was given an extra chance, and he took the most of the opportunity, which I think is a good thing. I think there's just panic to even go there, which is why you won't ever know his undergrad grades or his LSAT scores). Nor has it ever been fully revealed how his tuition and living expenses were paid for. Liz, please crawl back under your rock with Silva and stop obsessing over Governor Palin and me.

Or blast Obama for a comment on special needs, then turn down 170 million in funds from the stimulus much of which was for special needs education? I have to go back to the "bridge to nowhere one more time....what really is amazing is that even once it was proved to be bunk about her stance against the bridge, she continued over and over to claim it. I guess she just figured either the right wasn't smart enough to know the truth...or they just didn't care about the truth.

I don't hate Palin, or you. I was merely pointing out that she hasn't been any more forth coming the Obama. I thinks she has some admirable positions and qualities. I find her support for families with special needs children to be a great thing, and I support her in it.

I'm also quite uilling to criticize Obama. Durrng our previous discussion of same sex marriage, I made it clear that I didn't think his position went near far enough, and that I wished he was more progressive on the issue. I also wish he would more actively pursue the investigations of torture by the previous administration. His waffling on that issue bothers me. Can you criticize Palin? I've never seen you do that. Can you criticize her for not releasing her transcripts, like you claimed she would be happy to do? I'm willing to bet your only response will be a stream of vitriol aimed at me and Obama.

Well there you go again Terry boy, putting your foot in your mouth as usual. Convienently forgettinig Ms. Palins often use of the filler word "um" such as:

"We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C. ... We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America, being here with all of you hard working very patriotic, um, very, um, pro-America areas of this great um, nation."

She could also use some help with the proper use of adjectives and adverbs her language skills fits the basic deceptive profile. She hardly uses a single exclusive word in her responses, and she rarely uses “I” when speaking, which are both indicators of dishonesty. I hope she does run in 2012 because I trust the majority of America is much smarter now in recognizing her, her party and your distortions and distractions from the truth.

Oh and um, if expecting my political leaders to have a decent education means I'm a snob, well hooray for me!

I can't say I am a fan of Palin. So her book deal doesn't really mean that much to me. But being a media industry insider, I am aware of how things go on behind-the-scenes. And I know first hand that Palin was blackballed by the media from the outset. So much of what was broadcast was at best half-truths and more often than not outright distortions of the facts. If I were in her shoes, and the media had plastered the world with lies about me, I would want an opportunity to set the record straight. So I can only applaud Palin for taking the initiative to do just that.
