Jesse Ventura, the former Minnesota governor, TV wrestler and Navy SEAL who knows a thing or two about waterboarding, says people can get anyone to say anything with "enhanced interrogation'' tactics.
"You give me a waterboard and one-hour with Dick Cheney, and I'll have him confessing to the Sharon Tate murders,'' Ventura said on The View recently.
Ventura said today in an interview with the Huffington Post that if he had a chance to waterboard FOX News' Sean Hannity, he'd get the conservative commentator to declare that "Barack Obama is the greatest president."
Hannity, laughing at the offer, tells The Swamp this: "Jesse was on radio and TV with me for a combined 30 full minutes last week - what a shame in his old age he couldn't remember to say it on air then.
"The truth is, Jesse has become a dull guest who's trying to recapture his former political glory and sell his recently released paperback,'' says Hannity, calling Ventura a "great American,'' thanking him for his service as a SEAL and wishing him well in retirement. "Clearly Jesse swallowed too much water while surfing, which is how he now spends his time."

Who cares what that sniveling little draft-dodging chickenhawk Hannity thinks!
Hannity is the pansy who boasted that he would volunteer to be waterboarded for the US Troops (supposedly to prove that it "isn't" torture) on national TV a few weeks ago and then, predictably, he chickened out.

Hey Mark,
Another GOPer hate radio clown (Mancow) just proved to everyone today that waterboarding is indeed a horrible form of torture.
You should post the video. Mancow-boy barely lasted 5 seconds, it was great.

How scared is Hannity of keeping his word and getting waterboarded?
It's a month and it's not going away.
Just Do It. Soldiers families are counting on you Sean.
PS I got a sawbuck that sez you never do it. Even though it's not torture.
;)

Remind Hannity about his promise to the troops by making your pledge at:

Odd, isn't it, that rather than engaging in the substance of Ventura's claim, Hannity prefers to denigrate and insult him? Coward.

Translation of Hannityism: Ventura punked Hannity on his own show on the subject of waterboarding, and now Hannity is sore about it.

I wish The Swamp had also asked Hannity when he was going to make good on his promise to be waterboarded.

I agree...post Mancow's video. He couldn't last 5 seconds and unlike our prisoners, he wasn't tied down to the board. He was able to get up as soon as he got uncomfortable. As much as I dislike the guy I applaud Mancow for going through with it and admitting he was wrong.

If the Prez. and the Dems. would only be transparent and declassify the results of the 3, I repeat 3, waterboarded terrorists and Pelosi's (along with the other hypocritical Democrats) briefing transcripts we could possibly find the truth. Bush and Cheney stopped the practice long ago and Obama has outlawed it. Oh, has anyone mentioned that Obama has retained the right for its future use if he decides events deem it may be necessary for national security. I guess this is some type of "waiver" he frequently uses to circumvent he stated policies. Nothing wrong with that for you lefties, duh?

I think we need to start that "clock" crap on Vannity and his waterboarding.

Candia....you are so correct. If Faux news wants to become anything more than a fringe oddity, they are going to have to change their culture. I can not think of any serious journalist that would make the comments like he just made about Ventura. Hannity is just another Pug filled with hate, lies, and trying to instill fake fear in his sheeple.

News Break: Vannity to go ahead with waterboarding.......he will now waterboard Bill O.

To bubba Porter:
"If the Prez. and the Dems. would only be transparent and declassify the results of the 3, I repeat 3, waterboarded terrorists"
Hows cum you didn't mention that those three were TORTURED a total of 286 times, to get out the reliable(?) information they sought.
Mancow couldn't last 5 seconds, but it took our government over 280 separate times to torture these three terrorists. Seems very effective to me(NOT!!)!
