Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska, has solidified a certain credential now, with her warning of President Barack Obama's goal to "control the people.''

And "Ed," star of The Ed Show, has solidified his own political credentials by calling Palin's rant "psycho talk'' -- as he did this evening on, what else, MSNBC 's The Ed Show.

In a speech introducing Michael Reagan -- son of the late President Ronald Reagan -- to an audience in Anchorage, the governor and 2008 Republican nominee for vice president warned that the government is planning to "bail out debt ridden states" so it can "get in there and control the people."

"Since when can you get out of huge national debt by creating trillions of dollars of new debt?" Palin asked. "It all really is so backwards and skewed as to sound like absolute nonsense when some of this economic policy is explained."

"We need to be aware of the creation of a fearful population, and fearful lawmakers, being led to believe that big government is the answer, to bail out the private sector, because then government gets to get in there and control it," she said. "And mark my words, this is going to be next, I fear, bail out next debt-ridden states. Then government gets to get in there and control the people."

"Some in Washington would approach our economic woes in ways that absolutely defy Economics 101, and they fly in the face of principles, providing opportunity for industrious Americans to succeed or to fail on their own accord," she said. "Those principles it makes you wonder what the heck some in Washington are trying to accomplish here."

"Ed" called on "Sarah" to get in the 2012 race now --

with her "psycho talk.''.

The truth is that just about everyone at MSNBC is psycho. Except for one or two people, that network employees the worst of the worst.
What Palin is saying is not all that far from the truth. This "King" we have for a president, has 21 czars who are answerable to no one but the "Messiah" himself. Even some Democratic lawmakers are sounding some alarm bells about these people who basically supercede the Cabinet. And this Badministration is out to nationalize everything. Shoot, for as much as Silva quotes Palin, where is his item on Hugo Chavez saying that if he and Castro aren't careful, they will soon be to the right of Obama??
I would think the Left would be alarmed over this Badministration, but the reality is the Left loves despots: Castro, Chavez, Kim Jong Il, bin Laden, etc.

That control she speaks of will come through the "flouridation" of the water. Purity of Essence.

We are all familiar with the conservative 'astro-turf' con movement (appropriate term!) called the 'T-Baggers'.

But you may not be aware of some of the other real 'movements' inspired by the Fox effort.
Here are a few I have uncovered;

1. The 'Dirt Roaders' -
A group dedicated to bulldozing new roads in the National Parks and wilderness areas to provide more quality trigger time.
2. The 'Back Door Ladies and Laddies'
A group that plans to secretly infiltrate the Democratic party and destroy it from within.
3. The 'Hummer Guys'
A group that wants to promote the ownership of huge gas guzzlers.
4. The 'Golden Showerers'
A group who's main purpose is to educate people on the golden river of trickle down benefits provided by Reaganomics.

Just remember one sentence, which history will bear me out! The republicans never do anything FOR this country, they only do things TO this country. Except for Abraham Lincoln whom the South disowned after the Emancipation Proclamation! whiteagle38

Even from Europe, Mr. Silva is finding time to write about Gov. Palin.

The taliban media slaughter of Palin continues.

The terrorist attacks are much like the attacks on women in Iraq, Afghanistan.

Nothing has changed.

ya, sure, the current administration wants to spend the economy into oblivion becaause the President's so overjoyed that the administration of torture and Mr. Potter left the nation in a shambles. I'd rather call myself an Independent than be associated with the psycho nutbag right wing, which condones and celebrates the murder of a doctor who preserved a woman's right to choose. You can keep Mr. Big But Bouncy Ball, that moron of a mass. I guess he's what you call a "man's man".

I doubt Sarah even passed Econ. 101 at Spud St.

John D.,
What the heck are you babbling about now? Keep this up and we'll have to send you to the rest home with Crazy Jerry (from Springfield, Illinois).

Please run in 2012, Sarah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And John D, please vote for her in the primaries and send her money. The US needs some laughs wherever we can get them.

Hey Allajoke....your blog name is perfect...I'm sure your life is a complete joke!! Stop drinking the liberal "kool-aid" The honeymoon is over..the tide is turning...by the end of this year..Obama's poll # will be in the mid thirties. I notice you are not defending Obama..but simply insulting Republicans. That's an old tired playbook that will only last so long. People are FINALLY starting to wise up to this radical we have in the white house...especially the 2.5 million people who have lost their jobs since this moron took office.

Go to

for a funny take on the Palin speech...

Joe's off his meds again and writing from dreamland. You and the other deadenders on this blog are relentless. Clueless, but more than happy to continue to spread the RNC propaganda. If your ilk weren't so pathetic, it would almost be comical.

But you, you here tonight I know that you understand. Some though, they're empowered by national figures and some in the press who, who want to put not just me, but anybody who dares speak up it seems nowadays right back down in their place if one dares speak their mind nowadays, and here in Alaska it's kind of like this new normal it's a little bit being accepted it seems like that we're dealing in, but so be it.

This is an excerpt from her speech. I would like someone to explain it if they can. The next sentence is even more confusing when she talks about her jacket at the dog race and something about ethics.

Nessie,
You gave me a real shock. You didn't put the first part of your post in " " and for a minute I thought you had gone insane!

Yeah, she is one crazy lady. No one can possibly explain what she means because it's, indeed, meaningless. It's just 'truthiness' babble.

Sarah Palin is the prohibitive favorite for the Republican nomination in 2012 according to a new FoxNews poll. I guess there are a lot of crazy people in this world. According to many people "Sarah Palin is not smart enough to be president". Our last president that wasn't "smart enough" (Not Ivy league educated etc.) was Ronald Reagan. Where did he graduate from? I say GO SARAH! This country needs more crazy people like you!

dt, let me explain my earlier post to you. Palin said the government is trying to control the people. I happened to note that the Obama Badministration has 21 czars, with soon another one to be called "the pay czar." This pay czar will deternine who can make what. These czars were not voted on by Congress, they were appointed by Obama and only answerable to Obama. They are not answerable to Congress nor are they answerable to the American people. In many instances, these czars have more power and influence than Cabinet members. These czars are deternining who does what and how. So, you see, dt, what Palin said already is happening. We have czars under this president who do whatever at the behest of the president.
Follow, now, dt??

I would still pay good money to see a Palin vs Pelousy debate. I would bet good money on Palin.

Fat chance! LOL

John D.,
I guess he got his inspiration from the reddest of states, Utah.

John D.,

Ronny Ray-Gun is turning in his grave. Does the name, Ed Meese mean anything to you? Yeah, that's right, Reagan's morality czar.

"Since when can you get out of huge national debt by creating trillions of dollars of new debt?" Palin asked.

I didn't agree with the Bush bail-out in the fall, nor Obama's earlier this year. However, there is the old saying "You have to spend money to make money." I guess we'll find out. Either way, the money is spent. We're just going to have to let it take its' course. Doesn't seem to me there is any sense to argue about what has already been done without knowing the results. Which may not be known for another year.

Sarah Palin appears to be what every girl or woman should strive to be. She is Oh! My God! pro-life. Well I was pro-choice before I started teaching in 1968 and remain that way. I would however back her for President despite that. New York woman need to
stop making reservation and appauled her as one of them.
People like the idoits on MSNBC from the former early morning New Hampshire Disc-Jockey Rachel,to Crazy Ed,To
I get a trill up leg Mathews,to
ESPN contribution Keith big mouth "O". Need to just go away. Sarah has Middle Eastern men shaking. Her election could change the planet their woman could revolt
Then what would they "DO".
I wouldn't be surprized if they are funding every effort to destroy her.

We must all remember it was the prior administration that began the bail out. The Bush Sadministration passed the bail out. They bailed out AIG.....they began the push for socialism. President Obama was left holding the bag....some would say it is a bag of *h#&.....but he had to do the best he could with the bailout passed by Bush and at the same time attempt to turn around the country. He is doing a great job. Check out his ratings. They are still more than favorable.

Ok, I get this. Sarah wanders around saying the states will be "controlled" while she accepts the very same funds that, I guess, will be "controlling Alaskans." Yeah, I'm really worried that when Colorado gets funds to build our highways, it's a slippery slope: next thing you know, WASHINGTON will be RUNNING THE COUNTRY. What the heck? How can we let THAT happen? I'm confused, don't real americans just worship their own state houses, and consider the idea of the United States a myth? Palin really has her finger on the pulse of the country: we're sick and tired of leadership and government. Let's just get rid of taxes, start shooting animals from helicopters and order a pizza!

I just happened on the "Mr Ed Show as I was clicking through the channels today and heard the "talking heads" discussing Sarah Palin or should I say mocking her.
Mr Ed is definitely "the talking horse!"
