U.S. News and World Report is running a little "poll." Bill Clinton is winning. Bobble-head poll graphic: U.S. News.
by Mark Silva
Now, Bill Clinton's day-trip to North Korea to retrieve two jailed American journalists may have something to do with the numbers.
So may Hillary Clinton's declaration in the Congo that she won't be answering any questions about what her husband thinks.
"My husband is not the secretary of state,'' she said angrily. "I am.''
But our friends at Washington Whispers, over at U.S. News and World Report, have gotten some lopsided results in their online Clinton bobble-head "poll:" (Margin of error, oh, about 100 percent.)
"Which Clinton, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or former President Bill Clinton, is America's best diplomat?''
When we checked in, it was running:
-- 8.33% Hillary Clinton
-- 91.67% Bill Clinton
And come back and tell us why.

Bill-- he has that certain likability factor, and I think a soft sell can get more things done. (Odd though because if we flashback, how many of these people who voted for Bill here, found him "out of line" and "unsound" while campaigning on behalf of his wife.)

I protest, and I refuse to participate in this poll. The whole thing is totally unfair to Hillary. She is the Secretary of State. It is (and was) unfair to characterize her as a water carrier for her husband.
.
Besides, the results of Bill’s junket to North Korea had already been negotiated before he got there. In which case, Hillary could have done the same were it not for Kim Jong Il’s desire to get tips on scoring from Bill.

Big Dog and Hill are both 100% better than that compulsive shoe shopper (Condie) that the Repugs tried to pass off as a Sec of State during the BushCo reign of terror.

Numbers?: Yes, but the only valid poll is the ballot box voting. And the box have told us that: 1-Bill has lost the Presidency and do not have a candidate again.
2-Hillary won 2 times in New York and was nominated for the Presidency. 3 -That the vote allows us to be Secretary of State Foreign Affairs. Then a simple syllogism that can do whatever say, that if by vote Bill was not a candidate, and by vote Hillary is the Boss of U.S. Diplomats(including Clinton when acting in this role)the reply to your question is obvious and this poll are unquestionable.
