"George and I made a special effort to keep our girls out of the spotlight -- they weren't the ones that ran for office,'' Laura Bush said in an interview of the family.
Now Jenna Bush Hager, one of the Bush twins working as a schoolteacher in Baltimore, has a new gig on the Today show.
"My plan is to work for the Today show and teach,'' Jenna Bush Hager says -- suggesting it's going to be "cool."
Today marked the debut of Jenna on NBC's Today -- who allows that she thinks she can do a pretty good karaoke rendition of Meatloaf, the singer
Grandmother Barbara Bush, however, mantains that singing is not the girl's strength -- not hers or George H.W.'s either, or George W's, for that matter.
Joining the Today cast on the Today set, the newest correspondent was welcomed with a refrain from Meatloaf's The Things We do for Love.

Will she do a segment on how underage youth can obtain false identifications so they can do some underage drinking? A "correspondent" ? She's a joke. The Today Show has become The Noday Show. Who are the sponsors?
