Another poll heard from:
President Barack Obama's job-approval stands at 56 percent in a new Bloomberg News-sponsored poll.
Obama "earns high marks for his performance even as Americans express anxiety about his domestic policies,'' Bloomberg reports. "One possible reason: Republicans aren't offering an alternative.''
The survey, in which 56 percent gave Obama a positive approval-rating, also found a strong level of favorable opinion toward Obama: 61 percent.
Nevertheless, this poll, like others, found a divided public on the question of the president's handling of health care and the economy, while giving him a negative grade on the growth of the federal budget deficit.
"Americans are despairing of the federal deficit in the wake of several huge government spending programs," says J. Ann Selzer, president of Selzer & Co., the Des Moines, Iowa-based firm that conducted the survey.
""Health care is one more big-ticket item and taxpayers appear to believe at some point they, or their children, will hold the bag,'' she said.
The Gallup Poll, which had measured Obama's approval rating at 51 percent on the day of his address to a joint session of Congress and reported a 53 percent rating over the weekend, today reports 52 percent in its latest daily tracking surveys.
Bloomberg's survey of 1,004 adults was conducted Friday through Monday, with a possible margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.

President Obama has been on a roll all week.
You have to have a lot of respect for a man (Obama) who completely turned the healthcare debate around in 7 days and his approval rating is going back up too. I knew if the Republicans were given enough time and rope they'd over-play their hand, and apparently Obama knew it too.
When he gets a good bill President Obama will go down in history as one of the greats.
Republican Congressman who oppose universal health insurance (Joe Wilson, I'm looking at you) should immediately relinquish their federal health insurance. After all, these members of Congress have long enjoyed taxpayer-subsidized gov't run health insurance, a privilege that they apparently believe tens of millions of working, uninsured Americans and their families don't deserve.
If Republicans don't think being uninsured is a big deal, then they should go right ahead and try it out. And if they really believe a public plan is such a bad option, maybe they can persuade their parents to give up Medicare too.

Inasmuch as the depression is not over, and the economy will continue to decline (even if more slowly), more folk will feel the fell clutch of adversity.
Insurance cancelled, etc.
No jobs.
That's why President is so energized this week.
He is ready to rumble.
What he offers and what the distressed in the nation need are converging.
Watch for his approval ratings to go higher, higher, higher.
After all, the only alternative out there is some jumped up hog farmer whose discourse is limited to "you lie".

The liberals should not get to excited about polls that are taken by pollsters who do not inform the people what questions are asked and in which manner they are taken and how are the conclusions taken. Liberals know how to make up questions so that the answers and conclusions are anything they want it to be. Also the Media will find out that news will get out no matter how much they censor it. Good example is the march in DC that according to the Media never existed and those tens of thousands people never existed.

Funny how within a few hours today, the presidnet's poll numbers went from a supposed 56% to 51%. Check out Mr. Silva's latest Swamp blather above.
Mr. Silva better wait a few more hours and be ready to report yet another polling drop.
Wait! stop the presses! the Silva 56% reported this morning was from the Obama Youth Squad email list.
