Behind every successful man (In Saudi Arabia and Japan, perhaps), there stands a successful woman.
But she stands in front of the man (from the United States, in this case) when there's lint on the lapel of a president in line to receive a Nobel Peace Prize.
"This is what....'' President Barack Obama said, as First Lady Michelle Obama intervened with a hard brush of his suit coat in the photo line with Norway's royal family in Oslo today. "I don't know what I'd do without...
"I think that came from you,'' the president added, after the first lady was finished with the on-the-spot cleaning.
Then the pictures, lots of them:
"One of those must have worked,'' said Obama.
Indeed it did:

Hans,
At least Obama doesn't stuff a cod piece down his pants everytime he goes out in public like your hero did.

Obama seems to be more popular in Norway than he is at home. (46 percent and falling). But then again, he hasn't bankrupted Norway.

Seems like "free to watch, the loony left version" is pretty darn jealous of Bush.

McKinley -- you and so, so many others seem to have memory loss on A) who exactly bailed out all the banks (that would be Bush the lesser) and B) the trillions of dollars spent on wars the last 8 years. That didn't exactly do our country any favors, economically speaking. But I'm sure Obama is to blame for that as well.

Do you mean there isn't a gov't program to remove BO's lint?
Posted by: Terry | December 10, 2009 7:33 PM
Terri,
Bush privatized the presidential lint removing service and they went bankrupt.

HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK WE'D HAVE TO PAY THE NORWEGIANS TO KEEP HIS STUPID HIGHNESS?
NOW OBUMA IS IN THE ELITE COMPANY OF OTHER WORLD FAMOUS WONDERFUL WINNERS OF THIS PIZZ PRIZE LIKE YASSAR ARABRAT.

Joel Goodman,
I'm not surprised that educated, so called "elite" people intimate you little Wingnut rubes. Most of you right wing goons can't even recite the alphabet.

The reason Obama appears so comfortable with the King and Crown Prince is:
he himself is a prince among men.

He deserve it. He is one of the best president of all time

Clown,
There was $500 million dollar grant from Pelousy in the Spendulus bill to revive the lint removal.

you have all missed the point.. BO has become a Republican and has embraced the ideals. Welcome aboard sir...
To quote from his Norway speech. "In many ways, these efforts succeeded. Yes, terrible wars have been fought, and atrocities committed. But there has been no Third World War. The Cold War ended with jubilant crowds dismantling a wall. Commerce has stitched much of the world together. Billions have been lifted from poverty. The ideals of liberty and self-determination, equality and the rule of law have haltingly advanced. We are the heirs of the fortitude and foresight of generations past, and it is a legacy for which my own country is rightfully proud."
Bravo for BO.

Brain teaser for right wingers:
Is Obama moving toward the center?
Or (horrors!)
Is the center moving toward Obama?
