Obama: Health-care 'precipice' near

Am still waiting for the DNC Swamp to give equal time to Republican critics of the ReidPelosiObamaCare bill.

I watched Obama's public appearance a few minutes ago. The man told a terrible lie of omission when he laid out what the proposed HC bill will do for Americans. Obama failed to mention that most Americans who currently have employer provided health insurance will have to pay a new tax on those policies. Obama, Nancy and Harry never speak about the fact that those currently with employer health care will be forced to pay new taxes for others without HC. This needs to be shouted from the roof tops. Obama needs to get out of his wars and use his war money to fund HCR--not put guns to millions of working citizens' heads in order to pay for other citizens' health care. Obama knows this will further hurt the middle class--no matter the sliding fee scale. Its still more of our money for Obama's new taxes so he can say he passed a crappy health care "reform" bill. Maybe others are correct--Obama may really hate America. Wait and watch for the Obama quick immigration reform where many illegals will be given amnesty and health care from all of our new taxes on current employer health insurance. Does Obama need to take care of his aunt from Kenya who is here in the states illegally? -- Written by someone who voted for Obama once. It will be shame on him, bc I'll not vote for him twice.

It will be a sad day when Obama's, Pelosi's, and Reid's health care plan gets signed into law. This whole situation is like taking the garbage out, and having all it's contents spill all over. The Democrats will spend billions of our tax dollars to get their way.

When is it going to sink in to the thick skulls of the Senate Democrats that Lieberman is a smarmy, slimy, scumbag turncoat who actively campaigned against Obama during the election, and is the pockets of the insurance industry? He did not win the Presidency, if I remember correctly. I pray this jerk gets the comeuppance he deserves, but not in the form of a relative who dies because of a lack of quality health care. On the other hand, it might teach him a lesson.

With 2/3 of the country disliking the Healthcare bill, I would warn the lawmakers to tread lightly. The entire system does not need to be reworked. They need to address the real problems of healthcare, i.e. getting the costs down to a reasonable level and they could do that by allowing people to purchase insurance across state lines and with tort reform. They won't do that I know because the lawyers are in their back pockets, of course most in Congress are of the same ilk. I would not buy a used car from any of them. But I will get my revenge in 2010. Don't say you haven't been warned!.

August was so long ago. Same bill, SOS, why did they wait til now to pass this? Obama Drama?

This has nothing to do with "reform" and everything to do with power and control. Polls over the last six months have consistently shown that the majority of Americans are opposed to the ObamaCare Marxist Scheme for Redistribuion of Wealth, Higher Taxes and Diminished Freedom. And that opposition has only grown over the few weeks. But Obama is determined to ram his nanny state utopia down our throats because he wants to be our ever-powerful boy king. Sorry, Obama. Get lost.

Well, just about every poll shows that the American people are not for this. So, in the end, it could be the Democrats who will be at the precipice. And in the long run the nation as this bad bill bleeds more money from our coffers.
But going against the will of the people will only cost the Dems in 2010 and 2012.

I hope Joe Lieberman spends eternity roasting over a spit in Hell. That's where he and the Blue Dog Democrats belong for killing real reform and making America pay for this gift to the insurance companies. Thanks to them, insurance premiums are going to be sky-high, and anyone who isn't low income but sick will end up being bankrupted by this bill.

The Constitution Of The United States only calls for a simple majority vote in the Senate (51 votes). The Senate should pass the strongest Public Option it can with 51 votes by Reconciliation.

A Medicare Buy-in at 55 is a GOOD! idea. But!, not a substitute for a strong Medicare like public option CHOICE for everyone. Nor is the (FEHBP). Without a strong public option on day one the Senate health-care bill is a disaster for the American People and the World. Therefore you must KILL!! it. Without a strong public option the health-care reform bill is MUCH WORSE! than what we have now, and what we have now is a catastrophe. SO YOU MUST KILL!! IT.

What is proposed in the Senate is the worst case scenario for health-care reform. It would shift trillions of taxpayer, public and private dollars into the hands of the private insurance industry (The single most costly, deadly and dangerous product sold in America). And it would compel by law millions of Americans to financially support this oxymoronic criminal enterprise. You cant have a MANDATE WITHOUT A STRONG PUBLIC OPTION CHOICE!

You will have NO! realistic way of controlling cost and quality. Cost will continue soaring through the roof bleeding the American people dry, and KILLing our economy. And our quality of healthcare will continue to decline below our current ranking of "WORST! quality of healthcare delivery in the developed World".

H1N1 IS A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION!

I have to tell you now that the H1N1 virus is a man-made WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION! and TERROR! It is a WEAPONIZED version of a flu virus. It has swept the planet infecting millions. And causing a global pandemic that has killed tens of thousands, and injured millions.

The H1N1 virus is the product of the DISGRACEFUL, GREED DRIVEN PRIVATE FOR PROFIT MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX! It was released in the U.S. in Texas in early January of this year, but not recognized until around April in California. The reason I know this is because when it came to America, it came to see me FIRST! How sweet...

This was around the time the MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX! assaulted the Whitehouse with all their devils deals to cripple and weaken YOUR! healthcare reform. Especially your right to have a single payer system like HR676 (Medicare For All) which most of you wanted.

They don't even want you to have your HUGE!!! compromise position of a strong government-run MEDICARE like Public Option CHOICE. To compete with their DISGRACEFUL, GREED DRIVEN, MURDEROUS, PRIVATE FOR PROFIT PRODUCT (The single most costly, deadly and dangerous product sold in America).

They also wanted to take away your rights to have your government meet it's responsibility to use it's full power to regulate, negotiate, and control drug cost, healthcare cost and quality. Something every other civilized country in the developed World has done for it's people. Their Greed! moral degeneracy and lack of patriotism knows no bounds.

Many of you will remember that before we knew about H1N1. I posted a open message to the President and Congress warning them to be vigilant about their health, and cautious about any medical advice they received. As I said then "they will not hesitate to try and hurt you".

The U.S. and the World have been under a BIOLOGICAL TERROR ATTACK! for over a year now. It is CRITICAL that We The People Of The United States take away control of our healthcare system from the GREED DRIVEN MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX!

For our own National security, and the security of the world.

A Strong, government-run, MEDICARE like Public Option CHOICE. Available to everyone on day one, with the full unfettered power of the federal government to regulate, negotiate, and control cost and quality. Would be the most workable way to deal with this global crisis at this time. Including patent suspensions as needed for national security or the greater good.

As an American I invite the peoples of the World to help us fix our healthcare crisis. And bring pressure on our government to meet it's responsibility to protect global security by controlling, and removing the corrupting influence of GREED and the PRIVATE FOR PROFIT motivations from healthcare in the U.S. and around the World.

I call on the governments of the World and the global intelligence community to track down these MASS MURDERERS, and bring them to justice. CONNECT THE DOTS! And be vigilant that they don't slip in another viral strain on you under the cloak of H1N1 sequestration.

Further, the proposed patent protection on biologic's must be stripped from the US bill. And greatly shorten/restricted, or abolished completely. This is a grave danger to humanity and global security.

I think President Obama is doing the best he can at playing the disastrous deck of cards he inherited from the previous administration. And I think he is doing an excellent job. But the wolves and devils of the medical industrial complex! are trying to exploit, and take advantage of his good heart, and desperate desire to help suffering Americans. But we must be strong and insist that healthcare reform be done right for the American people. Or everyone loose's.

The medical community must be more vigilant of secondary bacterial infections in the young caused by H1N1. And remember, a viral infection is also a transfer of genetic code to you. Looks like Lieberman is up to his antics again...

There is a disappointing number of people commenting here that have no idea what a bad bill this is and how much this is going to cost the average worker. The cost-sharing by the states of the expanded Medicaid program alone will cost most states billions. And get a clue, will you people? The one thing that has proven to lower costs is the AFFORDABLE high deductible plans when paired with health savings accounts. Kiss them goodbye, because they can say it a million times, but it is a lie that if you like what you have you can keep it. High deductible plans will not be offered because they will not meet the minimum standards set by the braintrust in DC.

A salute to the only responsible voice in Washington, Joe Lieberman. And as far as his wife is concerned, I will begin making contributions to the Susan Kohnan breast cancer fund with which she is associated. Not only to cancel out anyone who abandons this worthwhile cause for political naivete, but because breast cancer research is so important.

Oh, yeah, Obama's got us on a precipice all right. We'll just call him Baroke Obama from now on. He is intent on shoving this down our throats followed by complete amnesty for illegal immigrants (same as buying votes) in 2010. No wonder he awarded himself a B+; it has nothing to do what benefits the Nation, only what hidden agenda he has successfully enacted. People don't wake up; thats' fine, keep sleeping; it's what Americans do best these days. Pay close attention to Obama's body language, it should tell you everything you need to know. Isn't it interesting the most disasterous and dangerous legislation is about to be passed for CHRISTMAS. Isn't he special?

Americans are losing their jobs left and right, and the ones who have jobs feel a sense of just hanging on.

There is NO Optimism in our economy. Businesses are scaling back to survive and are not investing or showing any signs of expansion. The economy is imploding in front of our very eyes and there is NO SENSE OF HOPE!!

So, what is the front and center focus of Obama and the Democrats? HEALTHCARE?

Will healthcare reform bring us new jobs and secure the jobs that people are hanging on to? Is healthcare reform the answer to turning our economy around? More government? More beauracracy? More taxes? More debt?

The ONLY growth industry in America is GOVERNMENT!! Since when does government create wealth?

Put the Democrats in the unemployment line. Let them see how it feels.

This health care bill has turned into a giant give away to the health insurance companies. We will now be taxed more to give the insurance companies more money. From Obama on down obviously our government is still for sale to the highest bidder. If we cant beat them join them. We need a lobby organisation to represent the people of this country. Then we need to bring the money out into the open. Put a dollar amount on the legislation and raise the money from all of the people who want the legislation. With the majority of our citizens wanting health care reform we could have paid off most of the politicians. If you cant stop payola then join payola.

Lieberman is America's sorriest joke and that includes the Republican-Libertarians. He claimed to be a Democrat, until the Democratic voters defeated him, at the polls. So, then he has a better idea, he will run as an independent, the last refuge for all the Republican-Libertarians that want to hide their mean-spirited ideology. In Lieberman's case, it was his fanaticism concerning, what could be called, our 51st state, that theocracy, also known as Israel, that dictated his cowardly turn to away from the Democrats and towards his Republican-Libertarian co-conspiritors !! Pay careful attention to the expressions on the faces of Rahm Emanuel and the Anointed One lately.

They both look more than a tad scared.

Not only is former Chicago ally, disgraced Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, affectionately known as Blago, ready, willing, and able to expose the president and his thuggees but now Obama’s prime idolators, his buddies in the extreme liberal fringe are turning on him like rabid pitbulls.

Moveon.org may have sounded the clarion with its call to its adherents to scuttle Obamacare to which the SEIU obediently complied but Blago was way ahead of them.

A week ago, Governor Blago’s lawyers demanded in federal court to make public “notes, transcripts and reports” of interviews with the Obamas, Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett and SEIU chiefs Thomas Balanoff and Andy Stern.

Blago’s defenders also sought FBI information on First Lady Michelle Obama, America’s Evita, but were advised she had not been interviewed by the Bureau.

Too bad.

Precisely what dirt could be gleaned from the feds’ interviews would be conjectural at this point but given the nature of Chicago and Illinois politics, it should be interesting at the least, emancipating for Blago at the best.

I still expect hapless Rod to be offed before he or his lawyers . . .
