The Swamp

It's the holiday season at the White House, decked out for the winter holidays with an array of recycled ornaments from years past as a nod to the need for conservation.

But that doesn't mean that anyone at the punch bowl is holding back any punch lines.

President Barack Obama, who played host to members of Congress at the first of the White House holiday receptions on Monday evening, arrived in the Cabinet Room today with congressional leaders ito discuss jobs and the economy.

"I saw Boehner drinking egg nog,'' the president said of the House Republican leader at the party the other night.

"I was drinking wine,'' replied Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio).

I guess the kind of wine Obama drinks must look like egg-nog....all cloudy
just like his 2000 page heathcare reform bill.

Merry X-Mas to all the slobbering lefties like the guy above. Hope Santa brings you all Obama Chia-Pets and lava lamps to stuff someplace... I mean in your stockings.

Boehner (R-OH) spent two full hours getting his spray on tan before he attended this holidazzle. This man is turning orange. Yikes.

Obama apparently did not stay at the party very long, but did say “he heard some stories about it.”
