Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton and Sonia Sotomayor:
"Winners."
So say a majority of Americans asked to assess the political
winners of 2009 - with the first lady leading the list.
Nearly three-quarters of those surveyed by the Gallup Poll - 73 percent - say the president's wife was a winner in American politics this year. The secretary of state was not far behind: 70 percent calling her a political winner.
The president, however, at 58 percent, ranked only slightly ahead of his first appointee to the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, at 57 percent in this survey. And the share of those who assess that President Barack Obama was a loser in politics this year is greater than those who say that the first lady, secretary of state and justice have fallen short.
Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi?
Political "loser.''
Rep. Joe Wilson - the South Carolina Republican who yelled, "You lie,'' at the president during an address to a joint session of Congress?
"Loser."
Gov. Mark Sanford of South Carolina, the Republican who went missing and was said by his staff to have gone hiking on the Appalachian Trail - only to learn that the father of four was away on Father's Day with a mistress in Argentina:
Loser.
Michaele and Tareq Salahi, the Virginia couple who crashed a White House State Dinner?
Losers.

The biggest loser of 2009 is the adulterous Republican governor of South Carolina. He lied to his wife, his kids, the people that elected him and everyone else about his cheating. One of these moral and conservative holier than thou Evangelicals. If you believe that, you believe in the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. I hope his wife takes him to the cleaners. He should be removed as governor, lose his pension, and made to reimburse the citizens of South Carolina for his adulterous misdeeds. What a loser.

For another Gallup Poll result, one the DNC Swamp doesn't mention, see the Gallup Poll at http://www.gallup.com/poll/123365/Americans-Remain-Distrusting-News-Media.aspx
Some highlights of this Gallup Poll: "For the media, Gallup’s news is not good: Only ten percent of Americans say they have a “great deal” of trust in the media, while “about 2 in 10 Americans (18%) have no confidence in the media at all — which is also among the worst grades Gallup has recorded.” Three out of four Republicans (74%) and nearly half of independents (45%) join one-fifth of Democrats (21%) in seeing the press as “too liberal.”"

Another Loser - the American taxpayer that will have to pay for BO's spending spree for a few generations.
Another Loser - 3,000,000 that lost their job during the BO economy.

The biggest loser of 2009 is the American people. We elected a leadership that posed as moderates and received the Obama/Pelosi/Reid socialist program - a trillion dollar "stimulus" that stimulated only the growth of government, healthcare "reform" that drives up prices and drives down quality while hurting all Americans other than the unions, nationalization of the biggest banks and manufacturers, massive tax increases to discourage investment, the most anti-business environment in American history, and economic stagnation as far as the eye can see.
