Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has this to say about the contention of former McCain presidential campaign manager Steve Schmidt that she didn't know why there are two Koreas:

"It's a bunch of B.S.''

Palin_on_Oreilly.jpg

Palin, appearing tonight on The O'Reilly Factor, tells the FOX News Channel's Bll O'Reilly that Schmidt's contention, aired on CBS News' 60 Minutes over the weekend with the release of a new campaign book, came as a surprise to her.

"Yes, that surprised me,'' Palin tells O'Reilly, in an interview airing on the 8 pm EST program on FNC. " I hadn't seen the 60 Minutes thing. I had been warned, you know, don't watch. It's a bunch of B.S. from [Steve] Schmidt and from some of those."

So the claim that McCain's recruit for a vice presidential running mate didn't know why there are two Koreas is a lie?

""Yes, that is a lie."

On the claim on 60 Minutes that she thought the deposed Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11:

""You know what, on that, I did talk a lot to Steve Schmidt about the history of the war and about where, perhaps, the 9/11 terrorists came from and could there have been any connection to Saddam.., So I admit that I have questions about it."

On Steve Schmidt's claim that Palin was "in chaos preparing for the debate" with Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden:

"That is not true. And Steve Schmidt told us how overjoyed he was after the debate, so pleased with the way everything turned out, as he was after the convention..."

Asked about Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's reported comment in the new campaign book, Game Change, that President Barack Obama was a good candidate because he is "light skinned'' and speaks without "a Negro dialect,'' Palin said: "I don't believe that he's a racist. But I don't believe that Trent Lott was a racist, either."

On Obama's sliding poll ratings:

""Of course, they're sinking. It was just a matter of time before more of that reflection of the people's uncomfortableness that they feel towards this administration is manifesting in these poll numbers.

"There is an obvious disconnect between President Obama and the White House, what they are doing to our economy and what they are doing in terms of not allowing Americans to feel as safe as we had felt..."

And Palin says this about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) "I think that she, too, is quite disconnected from what her constituents are telling her and constituents all over the country."

HAHAHA!!!

I can't wait to catch Sister Sarah's first show on Fixed News Channel.

I predict a highly edited, pre taped show.

SarahLive!.....wouldn't safe for anyone.

Palin's rise proves how brilliant John McCain was in choosing her as his running mate.....heck, I can't even type that without laughing. ;)

Looks like Fox just lit the fuse on their underwear bomb. Their Palin hire has disaster written all over it.

Hi there, you Real American viewers, who, are so
kind to tune into my, new show, "Palin' Around with Americans".

Now you might ask yourself, "Sarah, why have you decided to come onto the Fox News?" Well, I'll tell ya why. I was out with Todd, Trig, and Hexagon when I had this brainflash, and God spoke to me, and he said "Lil' ol' Sarah, I need you to spread my word to all who seek redemption through free-market small business salvation."

Now, I couldn't say no to God, so I gave ol' Rupie a ring, and he gave me my own TV show here on the Fox. I hope that all of you, the Real American viewers, continue to enjoy my hour of teevee about me.

Now, our first segment today deals with The Gay. Did you know that The Gay and AIDS were distributed by the Devil in his attempt to turn the America that you, I, and other Real Patriots love so much, into some sort of perverted homosexual jungle where Muslims light each other's "ya' knows" on fire in aeroplanes. Now, The Gay spreads, by marriage. If you have Gay/Demonic neighbors and they get married, you become Gay, and therefore the Devil and the terrorists and the tax-and-spenders have won. also.

Sarah Palin couldn't see Both Koreas from her house.

Heck, Sarah Palin couldn't see both Koreas if she was standing in the middle of the DMZ and you pointed them out to her. I can't imagine what her show will be called. Knowing the way Fake News Channel misrepresents everything it'll probably be "The Truth Hour with Sarah Palin" and of course only be 15 minutes long. When it comes to the truth there'll be no "there" there on Sarah's watch.

Reality check for the chick from Wasila.

Who do you believe, the gal with a problem of misrepresenting things regularly .... or a large number of news and political profession who actually have to get their stories right regularly.

I don't think much of Palin, but this is the smartest thing I've heard her say:

"Of course, they're sinking. It was just a matter of time before more of that reflection of the people's uncomfortableness that they feel towards this administration is manifesting in these poll numbers."

------

That is absolutely true. Just when I start to think better of Palin, she says something stupid:

"I think that she (Pelosi), too, is quite disconnected from what her constituents are telling her...."

-------

Wrong. Pelosi is doing exactly what her constituents want. The disconnect is that liberal San Fransisco politics is out of touch with the rest of the country.

"Bunch of B.S."
Could also be said about many of the Swamp's daily "fluff" Obama stories.

I agree with Sarah, sounds like a bunch of left wing smear tatics. The real question is does Barak Obama know where Iran nukes are located.

Still hating on the gays, huh Herb?

This isn't 1980 anymore you clown, St. Ronny is dead.

You Repub cretins aren't going to win many elections any where other than the deep South by being openly bigoted. And I suspect that won't even be the case in the South within the next 15-20 years.

It would be nearly impossible for any adult to not know why there are two Koreas, unless you're BC, of course.
In regard to Hussein and 9/11. He had nothing to do with it. Iraq had nothing to do with it. Were Al Qaeda terrorists housed in Iraq? Yes. Was Hussein a bad man? Yes. Did Hussein deserve being ousted? Yes.
And, then we have the usual foaming at the mouth from the rabid lefty loons. You folks talk about conservatives hating Obama. Sorry, but the hatred you folks have for Palin, Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld far surpasses any dislike conservatives have for Obama. Surpasses it by light years upon light years.

The real question is does Barack Obama know where Iran nukes are located.

That's not on panty waists agenda right now...a call to the Pentagon to find out where the nukes are would take too much time out if his day.
Governing against the will of the people, meeting with union thugs to cover their a$$ on health care and practicing his grip and back swing are much, much more important.

Pssssst! Which Palin will appear? Does anyone know? As she says a 'Bunch of B.S.

The Very Short Cookbook Library has a new addition:

The Sarah Palin Cookbook.

Only one page.

Just one sentence, in fact:

"I couldn't stand the heat so I got out of the kitchen."

It's no wonder Faux hired her, the low IQ wingnut goobers who make up their viewership (the Republican base) will eat this stuff up.

The rest of us out here in the real world would tune out after about 30 seconds of Palin's "word salads". No one in their right mind could listen to the daily right wing drivel on Faux without feeling like they're tripping on acid or having a stroke.

I need a translator. Preferably, Native American English into English for those last three quotes. Other than that I think this shtick is her calling. Really, I'm not going to knock her. She has a family to feed. I am wondering how Fox News will keep up its viewership once the poor Palin segment begins to take over all of their other shows. She'll be like the flag ship of whiner.

So disagreeing with lib SanFran politics = hating gays. Lucky he didn't say it in a "Negro dialect" oh wait that's fine if it comes from a Demoncrat.

Welcome to the Hypocritical World of Liberals!!!!!

The problem for Palin is that this does nothing for her national political future. The folks watching her last night and throughout what will surely be a brief tenure at Fox already lover her and believe anything and everything she says.

Palin could tell them we're actually unicorns living on Mars and her fans would fall for it in a snap.

Seems like some on the left are disconnected from reality.
Case in point;
"Sister Sarah's first show"
"new show, "Palin' Around with Americans".
"I can't imagine what her show will be called."
Now of course, those of you who made those comment do realize... She will be a contributor, and not have her "own show", right?
She will appear on established shows on the Fox cable network.

No, you probably didn't know this because the stories you come across about Palin joining Fax News... you only read the headline and not the contents of those stories.
Just like Congress... voted on HC that they didn't read.

Good-bye to the Unamerican World of the Republican-Libertarians. We can count on " Failin" Palin to have as her first guest, " Crash " McCain. He will describe for us, how he will be going for the record: 7 crashes. Good luck, Johnny-boy !! You too, " Failin Palin. Avoid the kitchen, at all costs !!
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, BRING THEM HOME, ALIVE AND WHOLE. NOW.

Judging from palin's first appearance, Fox isn't going to edit her commentary. That's perfect. American politics have been needing an injection of humor for a good while. She's a real hoot.

The word is "discomfort" not "uncomfortableness." There is no such word as uncomfortableness. I want a president who understands the English language, and she "ain't" it.

You folks talk about conservatives hating Obama. Sorry, but the hatred you folks have for Palin, Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld far surpasses any dislike conservatives have for Obama. Surpasses it by light years upon light years.

An absolutely and irrefutably ignorant comment from John D, and quite consistent for him. Dolt has no way of quantifying this (because no such means exists) and, as usual, just spouts his opinions as fact. Ignorant, pedantic and hypocritical.

The kindest thing I can say is that Sara Palin has every right to her opinions, illogical and anti-factual (yeah, that's a word I just made up, like "uncomfortableness" -- get over it or die) as they may be. The beauty of our society is that people can say pretty much what they want to, as long as they're willing to deal with the replies from people who disagree with them. May god bless her to the fullest extent of her graces.

I remember obama saying there were 57 states. I guess obama is a moron.
Funny how democrats are allowed to misspeak, yet republicans cannot.
57 states, we're a muslim nation, I'm a christian etc.
This list of lies and idiotic comments is just too long...
enjoy the change - more change is coming in November!

I got the impression that if O'Reilly had pressed Palin she would NOT be able to explain North and South Korea! A bluff.
She was fishing the whole time....Palin: we hate 60 Minutes don't we? O'Reilly: No we like them , they are good guys.

Palin: We hate Pelosi because she had the time to talk to school children.
O'Reilly: No, she HAD to lead the kids inside...

there was alot of that...Palin just put the quiet negatives out there and waited to see which ones O'Reilly would bite on. Her hand got slapped quite a few times.

AND SHE SAID UNCOMFORTABLENESS, instead of discomfort, why can't she just speak English?

I want a president who understands the English language, and she "ain't" it.

You must be terribly disappointed by the "inartful" buffoon we have now. Biden must drive you crazy, whether plagiarizing, lying about his past or spelling out the "three letter word, jobs."

What are you libs so afraid of? Are you worried that the empty suit and his merry band of congressional crooks will be exposed by a girl? Judging by how easy it was for O'bumbles to fool you, I understand your dwindling self confidence.

It would seem that the left is still terrified by this woman. Let me clear that up its the liberals that are terrified. Because she is a strong willed woman that speaks her mind and be damned what weak kneed liberals think. Like I said when she stepped down as governor of Alaska, she has a much bigger plans. And watching liberals hyperventilate over her is just the cherry on top of the ice cream.

Run Sarah, Run and please, don't quit, this time !!
SUPPORT OUR TROOPS, BRING THEM HOME, ALIVE AND WHOLE. NOW.

You know, I was a little disappointed in Palin's first O'Reilly Factor segment. While I pretty much agree with her political views, she sort of came across like she was still in "campaign mode." But, to be fair, some of O'Reilly's questions were about "her and the media" so I guess she had to defend herself. Then I remembered Carl Rove's first few months at Fox News. I wasn't too impressed. But, now he's turned it around. He looks comfortable and usually gives good analysis. If she is to have any kind of future as a commentator, she'll have to eventually get out of "sound-bite mode" and offer her analysis with concrete facts or examples to back up her positions. And if she can do that, and I hope she will, those people who dismiss her now will be in for a rude awakening.
One more thing...
The reason I like Ms. Palin is that she just might inspire regular, common sense-type people to get involved in politics. Finally, her statement that the Obama administration needs to "convince Americans that they would be willing to do anything...anything that needs to be done to protect America and her allies," in regard to Iran, was quite insightful and right on target.

FOXNEWS is counting on all of the Sarah Palin haters to watch her shows. FOXNEWS has misjudged her opposition. The only creatures caught watching Sarah on TV are Sarah’s worshippers and perverts. Who else would watch anything on FOX that isn’t related to football?

Palin wears her dunce cap in public once too often at FOX to maintain the facade of any intelligent life behind the glasses and smile.

The interview btwn Glenn Beck and Palin says it all when Becks calls bullcrap on Palin for another kooky little league answer to one of his questions.

Hey, FOX will keep her on there, please do Palin just like professional wrestling has a big following and the crowds for both realize its all fake, but the wrestling will win out as more sincere and have better costumes. Dumb as an Arctic summer day is long.
