Health reform 'BFD:' The T-shirt

THE TEABAGGERS HAVE ASSIMILATED THE REPUBLICANS - RESISTANCE IS FUTILE

In order to gain the political power they've enjoyed for decades, Republican moderates and fiscal conservatives made a pact with the devil (faux Christians, bigots, racists, sexists and misanthropes) to achieve the numbers they needed to defeat Democrats. They made a strategic decision to manipulate and exploit the ignorance, fears and hatreds of dysfunctional and vulnerable voters in order to win elections rather than lose them by being intellectually and morally honest.

Today, those who conspired with the devil are caught between wanting to disassociate themselves with and casting out the demons they empowered and the karmic reality that they don't have the numbers to hold on to or regain power without continuing to accept and "advocate" the immoral values, hypocrisies and corruptions that are dividing and destroying their party.

The survival of today's shrinking Republican Party is so dependent on extremism that they have no significant power left WITH or WITHOUT the support of America's increasingly pernicious lunatic fringe.

The idiom "caught between the devil and the deep blue sea" is appropriate as Republicans are facing the dilemma of choosing between two equally undesirable alternatives that both result in Republican impotence in mainstream American politics. They are suffering the consequences of their treachery.

Their irresponsible propping up of George W. Bush cost them their credibility, and the dysfunctions of teabaggers, birthers and deathers exacerbated by the irresponsible exhortations of Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck are costing them their viability.

For a fleeting moment, I thought that HHH had morphed into Osage, but then I saw the words "pernicious", "idiom",
"dilemma", "exacerbated ". These words would not be in the closed set of HHH's domain.

I always dry my car after I wash it. No point in being half-a**ed about something as important as this. A "super-soft fine jersey", men,women, or baby cotton would probably do a very nice job. There's a "modicum" of good in everything. This is that proof.

Django, the classroom in America has degenerated into a 12 year babysitting fiasco. You couldn't pay me enough to enter a classroom as an instructor, stay an ex-teacher. Let the liberals have to suffer through the quagmire of Political Correctness of their own creation.

Free to Watch, Absolutely. Teaching high school algebra and geometry was meant to be my lean times fall-back position. I only asked that my students be teach-able. That is asking far too much. Words cannot express the total abject “hopelessness” and futility of the whole set-up. I could write a book, but would have a hard time passing it off as a mediocre work of non-fiction. Public school is a near-perfect microcosm of failed Liberalism. Absolutely.
