Sarah Palin has jumped to defend Republican Nikki Haley, the South Carolina candidate for governor who woke up this morning to an accusation of infidelity. Palin took to her Facebook page - her medium of choice - to say Haley had become a target because she, like Palin, is a reformer taking on the establishment.

When Nikki and I held her endorsement rally on the steps of the beautiful and historic South Carolina state house a few weeks ago, I warned her and her family that she would be targeted because she's a threat to a corrupt political machine, and she would be put through some hell. That, unfortunately, is the nature of the beast in politics today - especially for conservative "underdog" candidates who surge in the polls and threaten to shake things up so government can be put back on the side of the people.

South Carolina: don't let some blogger make any accusation against your Nikki if the guy doesn't even have the guts or the integrity to speak further on such a significant claim. And don't believe anything a liberal rag claims or suggests unless the reporter involved has the integrity and the facts to report to you so you can make up your own mind. For traditional media to rely on an accusation via some blog entry is almost laughable, but I know the seriousness of it because that's exactly what my family and colleagues have had to put up with, every single day, for the past couple of years.

Haley denies having an affair Will Folks, a blogger and former aide to Gov. Mark Sanford. And yes, Sanford is the one who did not deny having an affair with an Argentine mistress.

what's the catch phrase going to be from this latest Romp-publican sex blow-up? Appalachian Trail? Wide stance? Measure it for me? I thought he was robbing me? The country eagerly awaits!

We've known for a long time now that Jenny Sanford was the power behind the governors thrown, even before Mark thought he would be able to control his own fate down on the Argentinian Tail.

Can't say that I'm surprised at all, either that she was backing someone, or that there was yet another "scandal" afoot.

Now, if an affair with Jim "Waterloo" Demint could be documented, we might get some actual progress in redneck right wing South Carolina.

So Sister Sarah is promoting ADULTERY now?

That ole Appalacian Trail Zig Zags All over South Carolina.

Eventually the Republitards may figure out that they might be better off to keep their noses out of peoples bedrooms, but I doubt it.

Wow, is it too easy to trump up a scandal against a SC politician these days after Sanford's example??

Will Folks could be a liar. Or he could follow with more evidence.

But his simple statement without specifics already create a buzz.

REPUBLICAN SEX SCANDAL FLOW CHART

"Not sure which sex scandal goes with which Republican? With so many to choose from sometimes it's hard to be sure. Use this handy interactive guide to seperate the Vitter's from the Ensign's and Foley's, and you'll never be confused again."

Asking a lunatic liberal blogger or a propagandist in the mainstream media to back up what they report is never going to happen now. Most reporters are now looked at like a used car salesperson. Comrades in the mainstream media now report rumor and hearsay as if it were fact. The liberal rags and networks are no longer considered a reliable source of information and have not been for a long time. All you need to do for the rags is look at their advertising rates and at the networks ratings. Some of the more liberal cable networks cannot even muster the combined ratings to beat the ratings of reruns on Fox. Fox news network has a late-night show that has higher ratings than the primetime shows on CNN, Headline News, and MSNBC combined. The bias in the mainstream media was obvious in two cases recently; the Gulf oil spill and the primaries on the 18th.

Kathleen still has a thing for Palin and Tea Party folks.

I love it when Repugs get caught being the hypocrites that they are.

Sounds like the old Appalachian Traill is really crowded Repulikkkan hikers these days

I am sure that this Nikki Haley was "thrilled" when "Palin said she spoke with Haley and told her to hang in there."

Hmmm, "hang in there" from former half term -governor Sarah McQuitter? More "do as I say" vs "do as I do", huh Sarah?

The ratings numbers that Fox News gets are irrelevant - what IS relevant is how truthful it is in every nightly broadcast. And THAT'S where rumor and hearsay are reported as if it were fact, especially when it can be used to smear a Democratic politician.

.Thank you for taking the time to publish this information very useful!
I’m still waiting for some interesting thoughts from your side in your next post thanks

You do know that after a certain hour their only news recaps and the programming is opinion. And anybody with a thinking brain (meaning non-liberal) knows this. When you have Keith Overbite and Rachel Mad Cow acting as this they are reporters it's pretty funny. But if you look at the daytime programming for the network's I mentioned in my other post Fox News Network still beats their real news coverage hands down with their news coverage. When you have websites dedicated to pointing out the bias in all the networks news programming that says a lot. And when the liberal media is forced to report a story it is usually because Fox News Network has broken the story first. It was Fox that reported that Obama care was a job killer and budget buster before it was passed the other networks only started reporting this after it was passed. And even then they give it as little time as possible. That is just one example there are many more.

And when it comes to Palin the media only reports her in a bad light. Liberal America along with their comrades in the media truly fear a strong conservative woman. On the other hand liberal women are put upon a pedestal by the mainstream media. Any of their faults and wrongdoings are overlooked, that is unless they are forced to report the whole story. So keep your delusions right up until November.

CrooksinDC, where was your outrage when Dubya bankrupted America, followed by the free spending Retardicans (HAHA I made a bad pun out of a political party)? Nowhere. Okay. Liberals are dumb, but you are a hyprocrite. And Fox gets good rating and so does CBS. But their ad revenues are lower (compared to other shows) because the people who watch it are in a lower income demographic. They make less money bc they are uneducated. Therefore, people who watch Fox are dumb. Please argue this logic. No wait, that would involve thinking and I don't want you hurting your pretty little head.
