Giannoulias can win. He's good looking and athletic and can appeal to what in the old days were called the "ethnic" voters.

Since we've heard so much about the Broadway Bank, how is it any different from the several hundred other small banks that have failed in the past 2 years? Are they all "mob banks"?

We need some more information about Kirk's "closet". Is that were he conducted his "intelligence" activities he used to talk about?

The Dems don't have a problem with gay people the way the bigoted Repugs do. We have a problem with gay hypocrites in congress (Mark Kirk, Larry Craig, Mark Foley etc) who consistantly vote against gay rights.

Larry Sinclair was outted as a liar on long time ago, and as far as Mark Kirk's so called accomplishments? You mean like Voting against Wall Street reform? Voting against DADT? Voting for Bush's Tax cuts for the rich? The naval intelligence officer of the year award that he didn't receive, the Pentagon war room that he didn't command, the fire he didn't come under while in Iraq, Kosovo or Kandahar, Desert Storm that he didn't serve in, Operation Iraqi Freedom that he didn't serve in, the nursery school where he didn't teach and where he didn't have students bringing guns to class. Yeah that's an impressive resume alrighty.....NOT!

Kirk's "mobster banker" meme is just as much of a joke as he is. Giannoulias hasn't worked at that bank in over four years and those two guys whom Kirk calls "mobsters" were nothing more than low level street crooks who had good credit ratings. If you have a good credit rating there's no bank in America that won't give you a loan, doesn't matter who you are.

Kirk's going to have to come up with something better than just yelling "mobster banker" all the time and then running away if he's going to have any chance whatsoever of surviving the fall out from his long list of lies and hypocrisy.

What is Alexi's resume? Ran the family bank into the ground and played hoops with BO. So that made him qualified to be State Treasurer and then lose money on the Bright Start program.

Kirk's voting against DADT, an Dodd-Frank Phony Financial Reform Bill are good votes. Voting for income tax cuts for all income tax paying Americans was a good vote that led to that 73 month economic expansion along with the low unemployment.

What was Alexi's military background?

Kirk has a resume that is worthy of exaggeration while Alexi has a resume that he needs to run from.

If any of you three can post links to ACTUAL CRIMINAL ACTS that Alexi Giannoulias has been charged with committing, then let's see them. I read both the Sun-Times and Tribune online every day and have yet to read about ANY prosecutor bringing charges against him.
